Is what it is. .

We stayed at the Inn side. We walked in the room and was happy how everything looked. New floors, painted.. looks like they refreshed the place.. it wasn't till midnight when the people from next door got back and woke us.. it sounded like they were in our room. No sound barrier what so ever. The same with the people upstairs. it seemed like every slight movement from upstairs, you could hear from our room. It was hard to fall back asleep. In the morning i hop into the shower and the water pressure sucked... the worst (we stayed 2 nights and it was the same the next morning).. the hotel seemed good at first but really wasn't. The staff was really nice though.. if you want a good sleep... don't stay here.. if your gonna go out and drink And don't care how good of a sleep you get then stay here. (at least the inn part across the road, there is 2 sections. Maybe the main part is better?)...

Convenience on the West Side of Downtown Portland

Posted Jan 25, 2015
We selected this hotel for it's proximity to an event. It's nothing to look at on the outside but it was functional, clean, comfortable bed and great staff. A little pricey for the experience but we would stay again.

Great location!

Park lane is a good fairly chesp place to stay for a night if you want to be walking distance to downtown and only need a couple hours of sleep. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel if you want a good night's sleep or are staying multiple days. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything! Bed wasn't that comfortable and was kind of grossed out when I took a shower and all of the towels had hair wrapped up in them.

Two day visit to Portland.

Posted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: Location and price
Location: boutique shopping and craft breweries; close to the soccer venue if that is whay you were in town
The hotel was in a convenient location for the craft breweries and boutique shopping of Portland. The location was such that we parked the car for the 2 days we were there and just walked or took the tram to see the city. A nice stay.

Pros: Clean, safe parking and its proximity to my travel objective.
Cons: Deadbolt in the door was difficult to operate, and the bedding could be a wee bit warmer.
Hotel was easy to find on a quiet side street yet only a block and a half from the main drag. Room opens to the outdoors, more like a motel, but that made it easier to come and go. Would have liked a thicker blanket on the bed. Bathroom/shower was clean and modern. I could easily stay at this hotel the next time business brings me to Portland.

Nice location, nice price and nice staff.

Nice location, nice price and nice staff. This hotel is very valuable. My long stay, I had time very comfortably. Though it's the area you can walk to the center of the town, there even are a supermarket, a drugstore and one dollar shop around here. I thought I seemed able to supply everything at this site. If there was a kettle pot in your room, it was the best 5 ranks ★★★★★! I'd like to stay again!!!
