“Hot shower”

“Convenient to St Vincent's Hospital”

Old motel, well maintained and clean. Reception was fast and efficient. Breakfast okay.

“Quick overnight stay”

Room was not totally clean but the bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good, one of the best waffle makers I have encountered at a free breakfast : ) Overall, I would stay here again.

“Customer Service is not in the vocabulary of this hotel.”

When I first got to the hotel, I gave my name and was handed 2 room keys and was told my room was upstairs. I was never asked to show ID, or provide a credit card, nor was I given any information about the hotel or directions to my room. When I went to my room and tried my electronic room keys I was surprised to see they weren't working. I then returned to the front desk and expressed our issue. The woman at the desk said "I must be doing something wrong", and said she would re-program them for me. I then returned to my room, and the keys were still not working. I then returned to the front desk, and explained the keys were still not working. The woman at the desk scowled at me, and said she would send someone up. A few minutes later housekeeping staff arrived, tried my key, then tried their key, and neither one worked. She then knocked on the door, and said someone might be in there. Then she walked away. A moment later, the guest of that room opened the door, and looked at me standing there with my entire luggage! I tried to quickly explain the situation to him, but he just closed the door. I felt very uncomfortable. I returned to the desk and told them the room was occupied, I was given keys to a different room., and was told that was the last room they had available. The room I was given was a smoking room, with 2 beds. My reservation was for one queen bed, in a non smoking room. I was furious and immediately returned to the front desk and said I would be checking out.

“Not worth the price”

Motel is old and rundown. Advertises that it is under new ownership. It Is in need of a complete remodel updating. Pool was dirty and not heated. Spa was filthy also, not a nice place for a dip. Hotel states that it has a buffet breakfast, however, it is simply a continental breakfast. Not worth the price or even free.

“OK cheaper place for single overnight stay”

The room was fine while beds were hard. The gal that checked us in was NOT friendly and made mistakes. There were not enough tables for breakfast and they were too small. Also ran out of orange juice an hour before serving time over. The waffle batter and maker were the best I've had though. It would have been nice to have some other protein besides hard boiled eggs, cheese maybe or microwave sausage? There was no water or napkins either.

It was central to the areas we wanted to visit: Beaverton, Aloha, Hillsboro & Tigard.

“Horrible”

desk clerk was very rude ,told him I was working nights needed somewhere quiet and apparently he either didnt hear me or care but put me in room next to laundry room ,constant slamming of washer/dryer doors . very little sleep with the never ending noise . Much nicer hotels a short drive down highway for same price

“Clean motel room, lack of communication from staff”

Made 3 day reservation. Checked in, given keys, went to room and room was not cleaned - lights on, TV on, bed not made... Went back to the check-in area and the employee said "don't go to your room for another 30 minutes...". Why weren't we told that to begin with? The next two days, when we'd leave the motel and come back, our keys would not let us in and we'd have to head to the check-in desk. First night we were told the keys were problems because we must have had them by our cell phones. The next night we were told that they only had us reserved for 2 nights. We never received any comments about "sorry for the mix-up". When we'd get in the room, it was clean and comfortable.

NA - we were in the area for a funeral service.

“Not the Peppertree”

It was easy to locate and appeared clean and up to date. The room was nasty we had to clean it to stay there. The pool was dirty and closed ( This is June people. The pool should be up and running). Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

“decent, especially for the price”

Older hotel, but clean. I had trouble getting the shower to maintain temperature. Also had trouble locating an accessable charger for cell phone and laptop. Free WiFi, with easy access. Comfy pillows and bed.
