Old motel, well maintained and clean. Reception was fast and efficient. Breakfast okay.

“Upgraded since remodel”

The Peppertree has been remodeled. Everything is new or is going to be soon. The breakfast was a real treat for me because I can't eat the "normal" breakfast at most places that only have sweet rolls, juice and coffee. The staff was gracious and helpful.

“By far, the best cheap hotel you can find.”

Hotel is right off the highway, easy to find. The clerk let me know that the rooms had been "updated" but I think the update was from the mid 70's to the early 90's! Honestly, though, the carpet was clean, bathroom looked nice, sheets were clean, bed was cozy (the smallest queen i've ever slept in though) TV worked and had a remote, no weird or funky smells (actually smelled quite clean). Not much more you can ask for at this price point. Will definitely stay again when i'm in the area.

“Best kept secret”

If you are looking for a great location, inexpensive and clean, I would recommend the Pepper Tree. The staff is very nice and willing to assist you with your requests. If you are looking for Fancy, this isn't the place for you, but if clean is your goal than you picked the right place. It is right off the freeway, but very quiet and the beds are comfy. I will be back!

“Great Hotel”

This hotel is great! VERY friendly and helpful staff. Huge rooms, very spacious and nice, very clean. Great location next to freeway but really quiet. Really nice pool and hot tub, super clean. It felt very safe and homey. Breakfast was great, huge selection, great quality. Especially for the price this hotel is a great deal. Just as nice as a chain and half the price! I will definitely be staying here again!

“Perfect Spot”

We picked this hotel because it was within a mile of our fencing tournament. It proved to be a great experience. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Our room did not have down comforters as advertised, though. The breakfast was great. I didn't expect we could eat there because we cannot eat gluten. They had options for our gluten free family that included hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. We will stay here again in three weeks! Thank you for your great service. They even held our pillow that we forgot.

“Peppertree Inn-A great place to stay!”

My 6 year old daughter and I stayed at Peppertree in for one night while visiting friends in Beaverton. I was looking for an inexpensive but very decent hotel and read many reviews. Peppertree in was much better than I expected. At check-in, they could not do enough for us and let me know to let them know if I had any problem with anything. The room was very clean and much bigger than I expected. It was quiet at night. The free breakfast included make your own waffles, fresh bagels, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and several different kinds of cereal. Will definitely stay here again

“Decent if we were still in the 80's”

Friendly staff during our whole stay. Talked to three different people and they were all very nice. The room was clean and smelled fresh. This motel is in serious need of updates though. The mircowave, hair dryer, and coffee maker all had the yellow tint which suggest they used to be white 20 or 30 years ago.

“It was OK>>”

It was an ok place to stay.. clean... small...but a Great breakfast...It was fine for an over night stay and if you were just sleeping there.. the handle on the door was broken .. and we could tell they were in process of doing some remodling so they are at least trying to upgrade the rooms.. but it was clean...If i had go back for the same type of trip I would stay there again..not for an extended length of time.. we had two children so it was small..
