This was our first time ever staying in this hotel. The only issue we had is that everyone was new. Honestly every employee I encountered had just started that day or the day before. No one knew anything from paying for things in the little snack bar to the breakfast. I will stay there again

Absolutely terrible. Where to begin, when I checked in the lady was on the phone discussing her pay stubs while trying to help me. She finally got off the phone to then charge me for the room BEFORE I had seen it, and then take an extra $100 dollar deposit that I still haven’t received back. I understand holding but I previously put my card on file and I have never had a hotel do that. The pool was filthy with dirty and possible feces. The jacuzzi was not working. Now to my room. Fingernail clippings & crumbs all in the sofa, beds, and ground. The bathtub was a dirty mess with hair all over it. The whole hotel smelt disgusting. The road noise was awful. The only plus was they provided ear plugs. I was extremely disappointed. I travel a lot for my daughters cheer competitions and I have stayed in many hotels this by far was the worst. I was cleaning the hotel myself. I also made sure to use my own blankets. Just really sad. All in all I was out $293 for a one night stay. I do not recommend.

One thing we aim for in our hotel is to ask our guests to let us know if they need anything during their stay with us to help mitigate any issues and take care of our guests. We do want to apologize for the spa being down. All deposits are typically returned to our guests, dependent upon if you used a credit vs debit card, within 3-5 business days for a credit card and debit cards are subject to your financial institutions policies and agreements with other merchants.

Our stay was good. The only complain is all household items were in very limited quantities, we had to pick up items from staff, i.e. toilet paper, garbage bags, tea bags etc. Hotel did not even provide pen and paper in the room, we had to ask to borrow a pen at the reception, and then had to return that pen.

This hotel became a Best Western six months ago but doesn’t reflect the service standard I expect from this chain. The room was cold on arrival, the fridge was not turned on, the hot breakfast was cold, and the paper plates were hard to find. The front desk didn’t answer when I dialled about the fridge, and I found the night manager outside, chatting on his cell phone. He readily came to the room, found a knob at the back of the fridge and turned it on. The fridge never did become cold, so I assume it was well past its best before date. He said other customers had complained about the fridges, and perhaps the cleaning staff had accidentally turned them off while dusting… Impossible! The manager, Sarah, explained that the cold rooms were the result of the owners decision to be green. However, this reflects zero customer service. The cold food in the morning means either the kitchen staff isn’t performing or that better equipment is needed. Either way it was terrible. Plus, there was very little variety with the fruit… Bananas please. Sarah was very empathetic and really did her best to make amends, not charging for my pet and adding more points to my best Western account. But her hands are ultimately tied. The owner needs to focus more on service and less on saving every last nickel.

While not the best excuse, we have also just recently installed all new furniture in our rooms and a few of the televisions were not set up correctly. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Going out of their way to be helpful. The location was perfect for our needs . Don’t be afraid of the traffic noise it was quiet inside. Although we didn’t need it this time I love seeing pet friendly properties

Nice hotel overall
Friendly, accommodating staff. Nice hotel overall. Breakfast was ok, not great, but well stocked. Only complaint is that some rooms are super noisy and on the highway. Staff moved us for our second night and were very friendly about doing so

The property was clean and convenient. It was a good place to stay. The freeway noise was considerable, which is odd because we stayed at the hotel next before and didn’t hear the freeway. I guess this place has cheaper windows or something.

Large room!

This is a decent place to stay for a good price. Staff are pleasant and rooms are clean and comfortable. The freeway is right beside the hotel, but noise was not a problem in our room away from the freeway.

Check in time is 4 pm, we arrived at 7 pm and were told our room wasn’t ready. We have to wait until 8:30pm to check in. There was no communication about this ahead of time. With 2 children under 4 years old, this was a huge inconvenience. The pool was in absolutely disgusting condition, the hot tub didn’t work. The bathtub was stained and the floors in the room were so dirty out bare feet turned black. Apparently they decided that because they upgraded us to a room with 3 beds (we did not ask for this, nor did we need 3 beds), they don’t owe us any partial refund for our wasted time and the cleanliness issues.

Fake eggs. You ran out of food twice. No one around to complain to. Why lock the dining area when not in use at breakfast? It’s a good place for guests to assemble. You put staff convenience ahead of guest convenience. That’s NOT hospitality.

We are very pleased with this property overall. The only issue is that the spa and pool were closed for maintenance. There was nothing noted on their website and it was not mentioned to us upon check in. We were really looking forward to the spa after spending 10 hours flying here. The spa and indoor pool were one of the main reasons why I booked this hotel specifically. We were very disappointed about that.
