“Very accomodating and comfortable. Was more than just a room.”

Staff were always available, pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast with designated attendant, evening cookies, 24 hr pool, grill and tables in the courtyard put this hotel at the top of our list. Great location by mall and several places to eat. Internet always worked. Condition of sofa sleeper and cleanliness of hot tub could have been better, but we would definately stay again. Pluses far outway any minimal negatives. Glad we didn't stay at an overpriced 4 star. We can do w/o a bellman and roomservice, espeically when the alternative is so accomodating and comfortable. Was more than just a room.

It is located near the Washington square mall, and everything is near the hotel. It is easy to take highway, so I can go everywhere easily. The room is exceptionally clean and comfort. Also, the continental breakfast is good too.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The bedroom was larger than expected which is always nice. They had a computer/printer in the lobby available for guests and that is a huge plus.The breakfast buffet was extremely good. It's more than just a plain old continental breakfast here and there was something for everyone. There is also plenty of restaurants within walking distance for dinner. I will definitely be staying at this hotel on my next trip to Oregon.

“Met my needs.”

I was staying and taking a course at the Phoenix Inn Suites in Tigard for a week. The breakfast was always great, very convenient to not have to go out and find breakfast before my class started. Clean and spacious room with a separate living area and large desk for studying at. Always replenished my coffee supply so I could have a cup in the morning. Starbucks across street, and a Barnes and Noble store. Close to large mall. The desk staff was very helpful, giving me directions and maps, extremely polite! Very nice conference room for our meetings. Only complaint was the noise of the air-conditioning unit. But they are always loud in hotels. All in all a very pleasant stay!

“Perfect location, out of city center, with Starbucks across the road!”

It was the perfect location for us, outside of city center, easy access to main highways. Easy to locate. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Beds very comfortable. Free wi-fi. Didn't think to highly of the free breakfast - used the Starbucks across the street for early morning coffee and danish/muffins.

Room is big and clean. The location of the hotel is good, just nearby Washington Square and about 10 minutes drive to downtown.

I would recommend this hotel to others. Wonderful room -- I've never seen a set up like that, with a couch, a coffee table, a desk, and two TV's in the room. It was designed to make you feel more at home. I wish I could move in! If I were to go back to that area again, I would definitely choose this hotel.
