Pros: location was easy to find
Cons: update the rooms/bathrooms
room was dirty and felt cluttered, bathroom was horrible, it's condition was run down, appliances did not work, the room was a smoking room, but i have stayed in other smoking rooms before and this one just smelled really bad. we were glad it was only for 1 night !!!!!!

OverpricedPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: It was close to downtown Portland.
Cons: The rooms could use some updating. The tub should be replaced or refinished. The cleaning staff should make sure that the rooms are clean.
Location: Great farmer's market on Sat. morn. Nice restaurants, but reservations are needed well in advance, especially during the summer.
The room was said to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled of stale smoke. There were plaster chips on the floor near the door. I don't know if someone had kicked the wall or what, but the plaster should have been cleaned off of the floor before it was assigned to anyone. The plaster chips were removed the next day. Although a continental breakfast was included, there wasn't much of a selection. We ate breakfast out. I wasn't sure if the tub was dirty or just stained from being old. The bed was fairly comfortable, which was a saving grace.

Less than expectationPosted Sep 8, 2014
The first thing the clerk said they could not find our reservation. We have to wait until the manager comes to verify.

This place is run down. There is no comfort here.Posted Sep 3, 2014
Thank goodness it was only a one night stay. The only positive was Dennys was next door and we had a decent breakfast the next morning before continuing our trip.

Run Down!Posted Aug 29, 2014
Stay far away from this so called hotel. Very old, and poorly maintained. The place does not as if has been updated since the early 1980's.

Okay hotelPosted Aug 25, 2014
Lumpy hard bed. Chicken bones in the trash. Carpet needs cleaning. Close to airport is a big plus. Staff friendly and efficient.

Get what you pay for?Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Price compared to others in the area on the night we stayed
Cons: General remodeling
Location: Downtown Portland is 10 minutes drive. Plenty to do there.
The hotel was one of the most only ones available AND reasonably priced -- figure that out. It was an older, seen a few days kind of motel. The bathtub was a little slow. The shower door was a little worn. That said, no bed bugs so far and we didnt have to shell out $200 a night on driving through. Not a diamond in the rough at all. What I expected.

DisappointingPosted Aug 21, 2014
We were not expecting such a place in that you put your feet in and want to leave the very next minute. If we would be able to get our money back we would have not spend another minute there. Sink was clog, Stains in the bath we have to were beach sandals to take a shower forget about a bath. Wi-Fi inclusive forget about it, explanation too many people are using it ,so they need to improve it for people to have their access. . Personally they need to improve the place if they mean to stay in the competition for it is not what it looks like in the picture, below sub standard, hygiene and security of residence must rain supreme. This business is tough and if you will want to stay in it, plan to do the right things by starting with clean environment, the surroundings, the office and then rooms.

A last resortPosted Aug 19, 2014
Very old hotel, poorly kept up, if all you need is a bed and hot water than this is the place, not worth the $140 per night we paid vending and ice machines were broken, or missing , the free continental breakfast was inadequate for size of hotel, guest lobby not warm and friendly, good at taking money but giving nothing in return
