Hello Glenda,Yes, we do cater for tradespeople which is a large portion of our business, however, we do cater for leisure guests and other professionals. I fail to see why this fact would affect your stay as they do not seem to have any issues with the rooms that we provide. I would like to point out that all our furniture is brand new this year and so are our comfortable king size beds, these were not 'cheap' as you suggest.We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and clean environment for all our guests. I see you had purchased a Hotel Room, if you require a larger room, we have 1 bedroom apartments that are quite spacious that come with a lounge and full kitchen.At anytime if you were not happy with the room provided, we would have been more than happy to show you alternative rooms that may have been more to your liking instead of not saying anything and leaving us a bad review. In fact if you had asked nicely, we may have even provided you with a free upgrade to a larger room because our guests comfort is a priority.I do hope you enjoyed the wedding.

Hello Haotian,I am saddened that you did not enjoy yourself during your stay. We pride ourselves on providing clean and comfortable accommodation. If there was anything that was not top your liking you should have mentioned it to any of our staff or called the after hours number to report the issue. We would have fixed the issue immediately or even provided you with a different room. Next time you have an issue contact someone instead of complaining after the fact when we are unable to do anything about it.

Hello Harry,Thank you for your review, I am sorry that your stay was not up to your expectations. I would like to point out that you purchased a hotel room and not an apartment. Our hotel rooms do not offer cooking facilities or food preparation areas. If this is something you require i would suggest reserving a 1 bedroom apartment for future stays. I am sorry about the strong winds, for your stay it was unusually windy and unfortunately even our heavy doors were susceptible to it. We do have portable heaters available and we would be more than happy to provide these to you free of charge. I appreciate you letting me know about the A/C, I will get it replaced as it seems it has reached its end of life. Also, you will be please to know that in December we are actually replacing all our furniture throughout the hotel for new contemporary items. This show help the rooms look a lot fresher. I would hope that you could give us another chance to show you that your stay was not standard.Many thanks
