Nice room for good pricePosted Jun 24, 2015
Clean, comfortable room. Had an early morning meeting, so really liked the noon checkout time so I didn't have to worry about clearing out before my meeting.

My only problem was they said they had room service, but when we called to order, we we told we had to come pick it up, not enough staff!

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijfPosted Jun 17, 2015
Pros: De BurgerKing er naast
Location: Mooie plaats.
Prima hotel voor een kort vérblijf in Portland. Kon zonder problemen mijn bagage na het uitschenken laten staan om dit aan het eind van de dag weer op te halen.

Good value for the pricePosted Jun 17, 2015
It was very nice that they were able to accommodate our request for an early check-in on Sat. My husband was a vendor for the Old Port Festival on Sun. and we needed a place to store his product while we spent the day enjoying the city. We also needed to be able to leave early on Sun. AM, and our room was very convenient for this. The room was a bit noisy overnight, but everyone seemed to settle down quickly. The room was comfortable, but the chairs had some old stains on them. Overall, we were pleased with the room.

Better than expectedPosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: The room was beautiful, large, beautifully decorated and well laid out. The proximity of the resturants.
Location: Excellent location right off the interstate. Many resturants and shops nearby. Easy to get downtown for local events.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was larger than anticipated which was much appreciated. Amenities like microwave and refrigerator were not listed and again appreciated. Nice touches like snack crackers and bottled water in the room were convenient. The room was very clean except for a water stain on the carpet just outside of the bathroom. The outside closet door didn't work well, but there was plenty of room for our clothes there and in the drawers provided. Had beakfast twice at the Adjoining resturant (The Egg and I). The second morning we were in a hurry and they accomodated us as if they did that every day. The pool was important, well used, and large enouth to accomodate many users without any overcrowding or interference with others.

Beds were not comfortable and pullout was not usable. Blankets and pillows were cheap. Room was clean and tidy.

Friendly staffPosted Jun 2, 2015
Pros: - Staff - Pillows - Pooling area - Gym - Location
Cons: - No fridge or microwave - Needs update for more modern look
Location: The hotel is located less than 10 miles to main Maine attractions.
While the room is not the most stylish I've stayed in, the staff make the stay pleasant. They're very accommodating and helpful.

Ok place to stay for passing by. Our room has a clogged tub so made the experience really bad.

Fair hotel close to airportPosted May 28, 2015
Pros: Clean. Close to airport
Cons: Update furnishings and overall look of hotel.
Location: Close to airport.
Ramada used to be one of the upscale hotels but this one appeared a little dated. It was clean and an ok place to stay but was a little disappointed. Felt more like it was just a room rental. Nothing to get excited about.
