Close to Airport with shuttle provided.Posted Mar 7, 2014
Pros: Close to Airport, Internet ease
Cons: Light Breakfast of some sort.
Location: Arrived, slept and that was it.
I discovered the email printout did not have an address or telephone for the Hotel; thus, I could not use my GPS and had a "heck of a time" finding the place. I knew how to get to the airport but not the Red Lion. It would be nice for Expedia to add that information!!

I'm sorry to hear your stay here with us was less than pleasurable. We do take our time at check in to ensure accuracy of every guests reservation. I appreciate you taking the time to comment about your stay. I apologize for the issues you had, as that is not what we expect our guest experience to be.

Great hotel for the moneyPosted Feb 27, 2014
We stayed here to avoid an extra early drive to fly out the next day and we were very pleased. The beds were comfortable. The staff was great. I would use this hotel again no doubt.

Location: We found that we were very close to a nice place for breakfast.

ASSET TO MY DEPARTURESPosted Feb 19, 2014
I have stayed 3 or 4 times now, I am very happy with my experiences. I love that the night before my 6am flights home I can return my rental car and the hotel shuttle will pick me up from the airport and then take me to the airport in the morning so I don't have to hassle with returning the rental car then. Make sure you sign up for the morning shuttles early, they do fill up fast but they do run every 20 minutes.

expected more from a Red Lion HotelPosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: free shuttle to the airport and very close
Cons: Decor needs updating and a regular showerhead would be nice.
Location: I had a very good Cobb salad at the lounge.
OK place to stay for one night. Very dated decor. Bathtub had hand held shower. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Closest Hotel to the airport.Posted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: Close to airport.
Location: Even though the adjoin restaurant/lounge was extremely short staffed due to inability of staff to make it to work because of snow they accommodated us
Our stay was a last minute decision made due to weather conditions. We had an early morning flight and didn't want to make the drive to the airport in the dark. Our room was comfortable and reasonably priced. The drive to the airport was very short. Check in was busy, check out was very easy. Nothing unexpected.

NEVER AGAINPosted Feb 15, 2014
Pros: The mattress was comfortable
Cons: A little CARE would go a long way-- and fix those doors that slam and rattle walls, ,furniture and mirrors!
Location: If you have an early flight, it's close...otherwise, you can do a LOT better pretty much anyplace else.
This is the first time I have DESPISED a hotel. No elevator in a hotel? She said i had a choice of 1st or 2nd floor, and I told her 2nd floor for safety...she didn't bother telling me I was going to have to carry my heavy suitcase and heavy computer bag/briefcase up a big, metal and stone staircase..... I almost fell down, and I'm willing to bet others have taken a spill on those things. Rooms are not maintained--- There was a crack in my sink (sorry, but as a nurse, I know this is a BREEDING ground for bacteria-- gross!) There was a huge rip in the desk seat, another ugly uncomfortable chair in the corner was dirty, the rugs were gross, there were holes and scratches in walls and doors, and the pillows did NOT smell clean-- smelled slept on! NOISE LEVEL IS HORRENDOUS STARTING AROUND 4 AM WHEN PEOPLE BEGIN TO LEAVE. I could've handled airplanes, since it was by the airport, but the noise was not coming from outside. I am NOT exaggerating or whining..... EVERY SINGLE TIME a person (or maid??) closed a door, it SLAMMED behind them and RATTLED the furniture and mirrors so badly, I jumped.....over and over and over. I was SO agitated and woke up feeling miserable. There was also some sort of pounding above me (I was on the top floor, never did figure that one out!!) and Interestingly enough, as soon as I checked out and got into my car, the irritability lifted. Motel 6 would've been better than this place, I swear....
