“Great home base for exploring Maine”

Very helpful staff. Room was attractive and roomy. View of roof on next building over was disappointing and air exchange was noticeable but not annoying. Really liked the kitchen and cooked a few meals there. Breakfast menu changed slightly everyday and had nice variety. Really liked that environmentally friendly dishes were used--would like to see the plastic utencils replaced with washable ones. Lobby/bar areas were comfortable. Pool area was clean. Nice location--we walked everywhere.

“Nice hotel”

We were told we had a water view room. You can barley see the water over the industrial buildings in the harbor. It's not a view you would want to look out at or pay extra for. The hotel itself is very nice and clean.

“NO COMPLAINTS!!!”

Our room was clean and very comfortable. No problem getting a full night sleep in the very comfortable bed once I popped the ear plugs in. Don't know how anyone can travel without ear plugs. The lobby and common areas are well kept and stylish. The morning breakfast was surprisingly good with alot to choose from and the staff ran around anxiously trying to please everyone. The location may not have been perfect for being right in the middle of the action, but we took advantage of the shuttle service which was flawless and free! If you enjoy walking and have no trouble with cobblestones, the location was great. Overall the staff was eager to help and very friendly, as was nearly everyone that we came in contact with throughout the city. Very nice city. I'll definitely go back.

“Would stay again!”

The only complaint I have is that while we had a water view, we were on the second floor, so it was obstructed and very noisy. Breakfast was packed, so we went out, but it did look good. I appreciated the free coffee and water and happy hour!

“King suite”

We enjoyed all that the suite had to offer. The full kitchen was useful for our stay was more than one night.
