Beautiful facilityPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Location was good for our weekend plans. Not too much in the thick of things but a good location for traveling.
Cons: Maybe a few more options on the Room Service menu. Basics not fancy foods.
Location: Easy to get places via the roads and freeways close-by.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing overlooking the river. (Even though there was daily construction going on at the site. The view over the river was perfect. We enjoyed the food at the adjoining restaurant. The wait staff was very warm and welcoming.

Near the river and easy access to downtownPosted Feb 10, 2015
Great room, comfortable bed. Restaurant and bar are great too if you have time to check them out. Easy access to downtown via public transport or they can give you a ride downtown as well.

big city escapePosted Feb 3, 2015
Pros: spa was exceedingly clean
Cons: ALL boutique hotels should change their check out policy....Check in at 4pm....check out 4 pm the next day.
Location: on the river. We upgraded to a river view. A great bike path and nice pubs and cafes near by.
A little difficult to find in the dark but nothing that a gps app would not solve.(we don't have it) It was quiet , elegant yet casual, refined but not pretentious.

Dated, but nicePosted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: The spa & the restaurant were both good. Staff was very nice.
Cons: Seemed very 2001 with the decor.
Location: Too far from downtown. Not much to do, was in an industrial park.
Hotel staff was very nice. We were offered free parking and 15 % off at the spa as Expedia Gold members, and our room was "upgraded" automatically, the room was larger, but it was just a big awkward room that faced the parking lot not the river. We asked to be put in the smaller room because that's what we had reserved and it seemed cozier butt, it had been given away before we even checked in :(. Free sauna, hot tub, and steam room was very nice though. If it weren't so far from downtown, we'd probably stay there again, but it was off the beaten path more so than the map made it seem. Staff was nice, room was clean, and it was just fine.

Just okayPosted Feb 1, 2015
Hotel needs an update. Minimal water pressure in a moldy shower.

Kind Staff seemingly centralPosted Jan 27, 2015
All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially the valet staff who gave us directions whenever we'd leave the hotel. The hotel offers a "shuttle" service downtown where they will drive you to some local attractions, we found this service helpful. Overall everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff, room, restaurant, happy hour too mucj fun!Posted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: Room, food staff all terrific!
Cons: Construction was not too bothersome, but they are updating and remodeling.
Location: Close to the inner city, but not too close if you like a more relaxed time. The resort is totally self contained, but just moments to the center.
Food and cockatails were so good and so well priced. The staff all seem like proprietors who are genuinely dedicated to see the guests have a fine experience, which we certainly did.
