Nice hotel with shuttle to airport

Nice hotel but air didn't work well in room. Staff was very friendly and shuttle runs every 15 minutes.

Wonderful to stay so close to the airport we were able to sleep longer Before early flight. Staff helpful. They have a computer and printer to print pass for plane.

Like a tomb

Pros: Lobby, staff and shuttle service.
Cons: Shower heads above your head for sure.
The first floor room felt like a tomb. Very low ceilings and dark. The shower head was at shoulder level and I am only 5' 10". The bed was comfortable, and room services was OK.

Pros: Close proximity to the airport!
Constructions at the time we were there. Phone did not work, bed lamp did not work, but otherwise good clean hotel, very friendly staff!

Room Selection not honored

Pros: Convenience to the Airport
Cons: Revision of prepaid reservation policy.
Location: On Airport grounds two minutes from the terminal.
I prepaid for a King Room. I spent an unpleasant night in a room with two queens. Apparently Expedia treats prepaid non cancellable non changeable reservations as "requests", and Sheraton treats them as such. I didn't get what I paid for.

Reserved king bed and got 2 queens. So chaotic at front desk we gave up and took them.

Airport hotel stay was handy for business meeting

Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Some of the audio equipment was not working properly for the meetings.
Location: Close to the train to go into the city
Stayed at the airport hotel for 3 days of meetings. Restaurant food was very good and room was comfortable.

I was shocked that this was a Sheraton hotel. The room had a disturbing odor, the walls were paper-thin.

Pros: The staff member at the desk, Jake, was incredibly helpful, providing directions and good advice.
We needed the hotel because we had a 7 am flight the next morning. It was convenient and more than adequate. But I wouldn't go there if I weren't flying in or out of the Portland airport.
