Good placePosted Oct 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Clean, cozy and quiet! My partner and I had a good time and also liked that it's dog friendly! Short 10 min walk to Parsons Beach, 10 min drive to all the restaurants and shops! I would stay again!

Very rustic even for a Mainer.Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: The resident cat and the nice easy walk to the beach. Quick drive to town.
Cons: Please update the cabins! New beds or at least mattresses.
Location: Close to shopping and great restaurants in Kennebunkport. Close to harvestfest in York and shopping in Kittery. Nice walk to the beach.
Check in was smooth, staff was pleasant. But the cabin was about 40 years beyond its prime. The bathroom was wicked small, the layout odd and the beds were old metal and not comfortable. The location was not bad though.

teeny, tiny accomodations, but fun, clean & hospitable - cottages would return again & again

Quiet nicely appointed cottage, excellent locationPosted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: Convenience, great location. Three cats in residence who help greet the guests.
Location: Maine Diner just down the road, private beach a short walk, great restaurants in either direction.
Situated between Wells and Kennebunkport, near the Rachel Carson Nature Preserve, two bedroom two bathroom cottage with full kitchen. This is our second year staying at Shorelands and we will be back.

Nice Place if You know What You're in ForPosted Sep 22, 2014
We stayed here over a weekend in September. It was a nice place, but don't expect a hotel-level attention to detail. There were a few holes in the drapes and everything looked a bit lived in. That said, it was within a mile of a beautiful beach and about half the price of other places in the area. I'd definitely stay again, no question.

So charming!Posted Sep 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
I felt like I was stepping back in time at this place. Far from modern, but well maintained and charming. Don't worry, theres tv etc. The mini houses are split in two. Our side had a full master bedroom and the front room had a full bed and a twin. The rooms were spotless, which is most important to me while traveling - so bravo to their cleaning staff! Minutes away from the heart of town. There's homemade muffins in the morning, get there quick cause they go fast! I chose this place because they're pet friendly. They only allow you to walk your dog across the street very close to traffic. If they had something a little safer it would have been perfect.

hytte med køkkenPosted Sep 7, 2014 on Hotels.com

Nice but smallPosted Sep 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Nice cottages, but small, which got a bit Closter phobic with a family of four. Good location, not far from Kennebunk/Kennebunkport and the beach. But, with small children the walk to Parson's beach is a bit far and Kennebunk has nicer beaches. Refundable beach parking pass available at office for Kennebunk beaches, which was a pleasant surprise. Nice pool and hot tub, but the for sale signs kinda take away from it and some of the grounds aren't really maintained.

small bathroomPosted Aug 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
The bathroom was tiny, thank God we aren't overweight otherwise we wouldn't have fit in the shower stall. The location was why we stayed there - close to beach and to town, and inexpensive.
