Bait and switch! Do not stay here!

Posted Jul 21, 2014
I booked thru Expedia but when I got there they couldn't 'find' my reservation, and tried to charge me $22 more per night for the room. I found a coupon in a "Hotel and Places to Stay in the North West" magazine where it stated the price was $49.00 per night except for Fri and Sat which were and extra $5 the coupon was good through Aug 15, 2014. The clerk told me summer prices added another $5 per night. I pointed out the coupon did not mention that and was good during the summer. After he added the taxes the total came to $127.xx a night. (Taxes were $6.xx a night). The pool prominently advertised as an amenity was empty and obviously had been for a while. HBO the other widely advertised amenity wasn't working. In fact we had to call some down to reset the TV since it got no signal at all. I realized that I had over paid the first morning and went into talk to the manager. Showed her the bill with the addition errors and was told that they had actually charged me an additional $10.00 that morning because they had found my reservation and it was for a higher price. Skip this hotel. This was the owner. Didn't speak English well. Not worth the price.

Price reflects value.

The snooz inn is affordable. The beds are hard the pillows are flat. However they were nice enough to bring us 2 extra pillows. We didn't have anything in the room, shampoo conditioner wasn't provided. The tv was nice and the cable was better than mine at home. It was quiet for being so close to the freeway.

Kick out a single mother with a 2 year old, refused to honor expedia booking, we had to sleep in our car at a rest stop. Very scary.

SnoozInn- acceptable

Posted Sep 5, 2013
Pros: The room was modest but very clean.
Cons: Fix the pool and/or warn customers ahead of time. I specifically booked this hotel for the pool which has been broken awhile.
The nicest part of this hotel is the price and the room was clean. The pool was broken and closed which was not listed anywhere on this site so this was a huge disappointment for my child. This is an older hotel, very close to the interstate and a variety of stores.

Not recommended

For a late Friday night we could not find any where else to choose. So we decided to give it a chance. The room was not cleaned well. There was hair in the bathroom sink and there was no twole for showering. The room was so disappointing that we thought it is how it ment to be. The next morning after we checked out I received a phone call from Snoozinn and they asked about the missing towels! I told them there was none in the room !

Quiet, clean and comfortable

Posted Jul 20, 2013
Pros: It was quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Location: Denny's is just a door away.
We spent one night here, traveling through, and asked for a room away from the Interstate. With the dual-pane windows, we probably would have been just as satisfied on the freeway side, but we certainly rested well. The owner/manager was delightful, and the beds were VERY comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Bargain Motel!

Posted Jun 25, 2013
Pros: clean, cheap, convenient, nice
Cons: Internet.
Location: Denny's was a little sketchy, and walking over there was a little sketchy, but the shopping area nearby was nice.
The room was surprisingly nice! The TV there kinda shocked us, it was like... 720pi with a good channel load out. Internet was slow/not working from what I heard from my friend. None of the furniture was super old or anything, it was in good condition. Little bare bones perhaps, 2 chairs, a table, and a small desk-y thing. There was also a fridge and microwave. Room smelled clean, like laundry clean and not bleach clean. Bathroom was in good condition, although we had some interesting times with the shower hose not being screwed in properly. It was fixable in about... a minute. No mold, or grossness. I was expecting a no-tell motel, and this was really nice for what I paid. Location was reasonable, but maybe just a little on the sketch side, but otherwise fine.

Get what you pay for

Posted May 28, 2013
Pros: The price, shower, big TV
Cons: The office was using no technology, they were stuck in the 70's
Location: Denny's right next door, dominoes delivery close by as well
Room was tinyyy. I was impressed with the bathroom though. Very low price
