Hello Tan,I am so sorry to hear that you had a less than ideal experience here with us. I do know that our carpets leave MUCH to be desired and I am happy to let you know that we are in the process of renovating these rooms to make things better. I would love to speak more with you about your experience so that we can work on bettering it for the future, and in doing so would like to offer you a voucher to come see us again once the renovations are completed so that we can make up for our mistakes.
