“Loved it!”
Great service from the moment we arrived (at 1 am) to the time that we left! I've stayed here twice and loved it both times!
“Average, but convenient”
The greatest failing of this hotel is it lack of public spaces other than those that serve food or drink. If you want to meet with people without eating or drinking there is just no place to sit and talk. Breakfast is average and heavy - I prefer special and light.
“Close-in hotel”
Hotel was good. Rooms in the 900 range get to smell the kitchen exhaust--only problem.
“Great hotel”
Perfect location and service that was beyond expectations!
“Heathman Hotel in Portland was great. We will stay there again.”
We stayed at the Heathman Hotel in Portland this last week-end. The hotel was very clean and the service could not have been better. Our only complaint is that the rooms and especially the bathroom was a little on the small side.
“Very fancy”
Very fancy - great get-away place. But our corner room was a bit small. Other than that - great!
“Love the downtown area”
A great place to stay, top notch. Staying in downtown Portland was a great experience. One we hope to duplicate in the near future. One bad thing was that we were put on a smoking floor even though we requested a non smoking room. I assume because of the low rate paid through Expedia but that was not a good part of our experience and I feel that an advantage was taken. We will ask more questions before checking in next time.
“Wonderful”
Excellent service, luxurious bed, quiet in the middle of the city. The staff was friendly, informative. Room service breakfast was expensive but perfect.
“Very Quiet, Very Comfortable!”
Great location, very quiet. Breakfast with a smile, brought to the room and delicious too. I would definitely return to and recommend to friends. Thanks for the wonderful service!
“Extremely comfortable bed and linens”
I enjoyed our stay, however i do wish there was more nightlife in the immediate area.
