“Great Location”

This was a great location! We were within walking distance to everything, including the Max, Burnside, Saturday Market and Jeld-Wen Stadium. The staff was helpful in suggestion places to eat and get coffee. The water in our room wasn't particularly hot, but we didn't complain about it. We did let them know upon leaving and they were going to have someone look into it for us. And the pillows were too soft for my liking, but it's my fault for not bringing my own pillow :) Overall, I would definitely stay here again due to the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the location.

“Great hotel, location, and staff.”

This hotel is in a great location! I had a conference to attend at the Hilton and this hotel was not only right across the street, but a short walk to Pioneer Square, shopping, restaurants and pretty much anything else you would want to see in Portland. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again if I were ever back in the area.

Clean hotel, wonderful and helpful hotel staff. Less satisfied with service in the hotel restaurant. Great location, quiet at night, good beds!

“Everything it Advertised to be”

I stayed at the Paramount for the nights through the weekend. The friendly staff checked us in quickly and was not rude about my brother taking the tour, even though he was not staying there. I was impressed because it actually looked like the photos. The elevators were very smooth and we stayed all the way up the 15th floor. There was a nice view out of our window that also helped with navigation. The room was clean, spacious and well stocked and the beds and pillows were actually very comfortable (I have a great bed at home). The bathroom was also spacious and tastefully decorated and didn't get too overcrowded thanks to the little privacy wall by the toilet :-) Overall we had a great time in Portland and looked forward to our beds and some peace at the Paramount after walking around each day. The tv and accompany cable was nice too.

“Great hotel, centrally located”

This is a very well maintained and staffed hotel in a very convenient location, particularly given Portland's free transit zone - particularly good transit to the Pearl District. Three or four good restaurants within one block walk, nice wine bar across the street. Was not in the mood for Asian food that weekend but they seemed to have a good restaurant right in the hotel. Worked really well as a base for the Portland marathon.

“Best Hotel in Portland”

What a great hotel! I'm used to getting down graded rooms when I book on expedia, but we got a corner room with lots of space and great views. The bed was SO comfortable, we had a jacuzzi tub and separate glass shower. Can't say enough about our stay. The only negative was that they were re-modeling rooms two floor below us, so we could hear them working (banging on walls) during the day.

“Exciting atmosphere”

Shopping and night life right out the door and a resturant/bar that is amazing. Parking was so easy.
