"Right beside the river and close to everything"
Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and informative. Beds were comfy and like the idea that the shampoo and conditoners were in a pump form instead of little bottles which was very convenient.

"Ultra urban downtown p-town experience."
We were doing an elaborate country drive which brought us from the high desert of central Oregon into the canyons of the Deschutes and White rivers with the stopping point being an intimate evening at the Schnitzer Auditorium. It only seemed right to pick a location that put us in walking distance from the theater, and the Modera was a "shot in the dark".

"Nice hotel and location was perfect for transit."
I loved my experience at hotel. The hotel offered fun things like wine and piano music every night. Ice Cream choice in the afternoon and Starbucks coffee everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that concierge never got back to me and I had to make my own reservations for the Spirit all day trip.
