Great Apartment Hotel in Good Neighborhood

It's an apartment hotel - has a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the room. Big airy balcony. Very friendly staff - some speak English better than the others. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Buses nearby to get everywhere in the city. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls. We did not try the breakfast - preferred to eat on our balcony. One problem - the pool and gym were being renovated during our stay and could not be used. Other than that - we enjoyed everything about this hotel and plan to stay here on our next trip to Porto Alegre.

Hotel well located

Pros: Individual Balcony to smoke.
Cons: Maybe open a Restuarante (it's only room service available)
Location: Good location, near lots of stores, mini-markets and a very nice park.
Very nice staff. The Hotel is well updated furnitures.

I was much impressed with the improvement in the breakfast service compared to my previous stay. This is a good location with a sizable room.

I really enjoyed the location in the heart of Porto Alegre and near many dining and night life activity. The problem was with the breakfast. They charge R$ 20 but every time I had breakfast, the tables were not set or dirty from last guest, the buffet was missing key items and the one person running the breakfast was overworked. Staff in reception were lounging around while one poor guy was trying to keep things running. Too bad as this is a nice place.

At check in, have plenty of documents proving that your stay has been paid for in advance. They would love to charge you twice.
