Excelent front desk person Mss Daniela, she was very helpfull and cordial. Also good housekeeping on our floor, helpfull. Shopping Galerry is extreamly helpfull as it was raining all times.

The hotel is strategically located next to a train stop and a shopping center. If you are looking for a good-budget hotel, this might be your option. It's not in the center of the tourist areas, however, you can get to the touristy places in 10 minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Hotel is outside of center but onky a 12 min tram ride which is located outside of hotel. A small shoping center is located one floor below hotel with good eating areas and a very nice grocery store. Rooms are equipped with aircon., tv, good beds, basic. Near hospital, quiet area, nice lobby.

Good option out of the city center
Really good option outside of the city center, but with easy access there and to the tourist attractions nearby. Good public transportaion, it also offers parking in case you need it. Breakfast is charged apart, but worth paying for. The property is located in the top of a shopping mall, which makes easier for shopping or food.

Convenient location with an affordable price
great location by the metro station and on the top of a shopping mall. Even though the hotel is not located in the city center, it is easy enough to get there and to the tourist attractions using the convenient metro nearby. The mall also offers a range of services, which makes shopping easier as well.

It was amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel is located near a metro station - less than one minute walk. The hotel is located in the third and fourth floor of shopping center. In the first floor you can find several restaurants, and in the entrance floor you can find several shops and supermarkets .

After our first night, me and my partner started feeling a horrific itchiness. We checked the sheets but found nothing so assumed it was from a different wash we were using or something non related. However after our third night, we found blood spots on the bed sheets so decided to check the bedding - we were horrified to find what looked like a flea. As we were already checking out we decided to mention this to the lady on the front desk specifying that we were not after any compensation we simply wanted to inform. We also mentioned that during our 3 night stay our bedding was not once changed and at no point were we offered clean towels or room service. We were told that due to COVID-19 they would only clean our room if we requested it. However, surely especially due to the virus better cleanliness should be maintained to ensure everything is sanitised. Also we cannot request something we are not told is on offer. Overall I found the price we paid for the tiniest room without even space for a cot bed for our baby was not really worth it, and I’m now boiling all our clothes hoping we didn’t bring back any fleas or bedbugs.

An affordable, pleasant place to stay
This is an affordable, pleasant hotel outside of the city center. I chose it because it was down the street from a friend, but it was still very easy to navigate the city, because of the train station just outside it's doors. It is on top of a small shopping center which made it easy to grab snacks.

No concession consideeing I was taken ill & ended up in in Hosp for almost 3days in A&E .. 🙏 Just by dealing with duty management I found them to be very inflexible Though they promised to bring my case to IBIS the Manager refused to speak to me point blank when I was checking out leaving the delivery of bad news to her junior colleagues - even though I could clearly see her in the next room - she totally blanked and dismissed me . Very rude and disappointing aprroach after a week long stay. I requested a small fridge from r meds in my room . It wasn’t provided and each day morning and eve I had to approach staff wait and go to oublic facilities to administer my meds. This is for me humiliating ! From r a lesser fee in a similar style Ibis in Wroclaw they facilitated my request in this regard honorably . Lacking in sensitivity is my appraisal of the tough manager - Lady -. Other staff esp the young Barman and one special lady with waves and curls at reception reception were courteous considerate and kind. Credit where credit is due . But the Top of the pencil needs pairing .

Great hotel overall!
Hotel was situated in a great location-close to the centre by metro. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean, and the parking was good as well. The only aspect that could be improved is that the parking lot closes from 12am to 7:30pm, so if you need to leave early in the morning you’re stuck.

Excellent value for money and great location.
We stayed 4 nights here in early May and were very satisfied with our choice. The free outside parking at the hotel, easy access to the metro for a short journey into the city centre, and easy access to main roads and highways, were big influences on our choice and all worked well. Being located above a shopping centre with a supermarket and numerous places to eat at reasonable prices were also big pluses. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable and big enough. We did not have only hotel meals so can not comment on that aspect. Wifi was free and worked well. Finding the entrance for cars, which is up a driveway shared with the neighbouring hospital was a bit tricky on arrival, especiallly at the driveway where the sign was in red and not very noticeable whereas the numerous signs on the mainly one way streets were prominent and blue. Overall highly recommended, especially for anyone with a car and seeking value for money.

This hotel is a bit far from the center of town, but it is easy to ride the subway and the price was right. It is near a university and you get a feel for student life because the subway stop is so close to the hotel. (The students were helpful to us in getting the subway tickets back into town). It is an above ground subway stop so it is very EASY. The hotel is on the 3rd and up floors. You have excellent access to food because there is a grocery store, dry cleaners, cell phone shops, etc.. on the first floor and a nice food court on the 2nd floor. We liked staying there!!

The hotel was good in terms of cleanliness, transportation and services. Wifi quality was moderate. Staff was helpful and respective. The only failing was absence of soap, shampoo and shower gel separately. There was only one item to be used for these purposes.

Nice quiet location & usual good IBIS room standard with exceptional bed comfort. Terrible check in service. Firstly, she needlessly folded my passport back through 360degrees, creating a completely new crease line. If every hotel treated customers passports with so little respect, the passports would fall apart within the 10 year lifetime. Then I was asked for payment at £50 above the reservation rate. The second attempt was £20 above the reservation rate. At the third attempt, I was finally asked for payment at the booked rate. What a contrast to the polite efficiency at the Ibis hotel used the previous night. The shower in the bathroom might benefit from seeing some bleach occasionally, but overall cleanliness was acceptable.

Lovely staff, not much to enjoy locally.....
Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff but you must enjoy being around students - you go by hundreds of them at certain times of the day as you meander your way through the shopping mall food court to get to the hotel. The advantage of this is that there is a great grocery store on the lower level if you don't mind eating in your room. Unfortunately there are no nearby local restaurants so we missed out on local cuisine every evening. The location of the hotel -removed from the downtown- is very easily accessible on the metro line. The cab for four of us with luggage to the airport was 29 euros and the friendly hotel staff arranged it for us. The continental breakfast is good but pricey (unless you're starving) so we ate it at a nice cafe style at the end of the food court, beside the Macdonalds - which is also open for breakfast.

Ease of access to Metro and airport
Location of hotel is not central BUT the metro is very close by hence easy access into the city area. Located next to small shopping centre with supermarket and food court. Very basic amenities provided. Was told to go to supermarket to buy a disposable razor when I asked if the hotel could provide me with one. This really took me by surprise. Hotel parking is only accessible till midnight, meaning you need to be back at the hotel by midnight or you will have to pay for paying at the shopping centre or the street parking. Only provided with 2 bath towels on Day 1 and on Day 2 they remember to give us the floor mat. No other towels is provided. Reception staff is very cold but the staff at the breakfast area is efficient and friendly.

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel & staff
Stayed for 2 nights and was happy with all aspects. Location was suitable for me. It is located right beside a Metro station making it easy to access the town centre in 20 mins. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
