2nd time here - beds still as hard as previous so star still deducted. Could do with moving on the street sleepers , bit off putting on the walk up but didnt bother u either. Great choice for breakfast and staff friendly n welcoming, èspecially those in breakfast room.. Recommend

Great location for the metro either for the airport or for the centre and bridge. Nice clean hotel, good breakfast - great for a city break. Good bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away.

It was okay
Staff was extremely friendly. walking distance to everything. Metro in front of hotel. But be aware homeless sleeping out front, one night had multiple arguments outside which they ended up locking front door. And the beds were extremely hard

Great hotel in Porto
The hotel was excellent for the value, and in the heart of the Trinidad district. I loved that it was directly across from a subway too!

Great stay
Positive - Fantastic staff who are all very helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Metro on a well lit and safe street. The rooms are clean and the toiletries are good. Some improvement needed - TV is old and was not working. An upgrade would be nice. Also there are very few vegetarian options for breakfast. Overall I had a really good stay. Thank you :)

Conveniently located hotel near Trindade metro station , room could benefit from some tlc but had everything you need, staff were very friendly and helpful and there’s a comfortable lounge bar to relax in.

I liked the staff who were generally very helpful. The location of the hotel was great. Breakfast was included our package but a lot of improvements could be made here. The hot food and coffee were terrible.

Great location
The hotel is located very close to historic part of the city and nice restaurants. Walking distance to all places of interest. The room was comfortable and quiet, but not very big. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. It is worth the money. Will stay there again.

Convenient location
Walk out of Trinidade metro station main entrance, turn right and go uphill on Rua de Camoes, hotel is halfway uphill on left side. Super convenient location. Trinidade station is also on the same purple subway line as the Porto airport. Decent breakfast, nice sized room.

Staff was nice. Check I was quick.Hotel it self was dirty , bedding was very used. Our washroom was not cleaned during our stay .They will do the minimum just make bed.No shampoo or lotion provided.I will not stay here again.

Porto is a lovely city to visit even for non alcohol drinkers. I was amazed when I asked the barman to give me an alternative to the free Porto drink. I was offered the tiniest bottle of still water (not even sparkling) or a lemonade or orangeade served from a family size supermarket bottle. Told reception desk staff on departure, the guy couldn’t give a damn about the comment. You could see it on his face. Does it mean the Porto glass free drink has no real value? 🤔 Apart from that, struggled with lack of wall sockets. Location is great. Breakfast is quite good although fresh fruit very soggy and limited choice of teas. Good overall.

First of all, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was one of the best I've had. Location so convenient to metro and center city. Staff lovely. Breakfast quite good.

Nice hotel great location just outside city center, very helpful staff, nice breakfast, all major attractions at walking distance, train station very close by. Good restaurants around. Its on steep hill so you have to be strong walking uphill
