Nice hotel close to train station
We with my wife stayed in this hotel for one night. The hotel was selected as a convenient place f tor a day travel to Cinque Terre by train. The owner (Susanne) were very kind to show me free parking area within 5 min walking from hotel and that was quite convenient to park a car for free.

Amazing staff
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, including the waitress and cook at their restaurant who broke into song at one point during our dinner. Sylvia, our hostess, was so friendly and amazing, always with a grand smile. The neighborhood was incredible, right on the beach amid shops of cheese, cake, bread and wine. This is a must stay.

Nicest hotel owners and staff
We only stated one night as this was a stop over between Nice and Siena. The hotel staff were so nice and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is near the train station and close to the center of town. It feels very safe in this little town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

A very pleasant family run hotel. Sergio and Silvia made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was good the rooms were recently decorated and the rest of the staff could not be more friendly. The convenience of the hotel was a major factor for us . It is within 10 minutes walking distance from the train station.It is also a great base for staying in if you want to go to either Genoa ,Rapallo, and the cinque terra region which is only an hour down the track. very good value for money

Breakfast and restaurant very good
Very good location near of center and meanly very close to the sea. The hotel management is very friendly and immediately put guests at ease.

Questo albergo dovrebbe avere almeno 1 stella in più. Mai vista, in altri hotel, una colazione così abbondante, ci è stato chiesto persino, se volevamo il bis del cappuccino/caffè

Excellent séjour - Rapport qualité-prix IMBATTABLE
Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes de la gare de LAVAGNA. IDEAL pour la visite des 5 terres (1 heure de train) ou la baie de Portofino (20 minutes de train. Chambres à la décoration un peu désuète mais d'une propreté impeccable. Restaurant de l'hôtel vraiment à recommander : une cuisine excellente et un prix moyen de 20 EUR par personne pour une entrée, un plat, un litre de vin.

ruhiges Hotel im Zentrum von lavagnese.
Das Hotel ist Familengeführt. Der Service ist gut. Bahnverbindung Lavagnese Genua sehr gut. Es liegt sehr Zentral um alle wichtigen Ziele in der Nähe zu erkunden.Z.B Rappalo,Cinque Terre,Portofino etc. Ligurien ist eine Reise wert.

Personale molto gentile. Stanza un pò fredda ma una volata esposto il problema al personale ha subito provveduto a risolvere il problema. Posizione comoda in centro. Peccato la mancanza del parcheggio. Giudizio tutto sommato positivo.

Minha estadia neste hotel foi otima. Os proprietários Silva e Sérgio são muito simpáticos e cordiais e o restaurante do Hotel é ótimo e possui um bom custo- benefício. Recomendo este hotel pela localização, pelo conforto do quarto e por oferecer café da manhã visto o valor cobrado da diária.
Muito obrigado Izabela eu e Sergio somos contente que voce gostou muito de estar em nosso Hotel. Espero que um dia torna nao por Trabalhar mas sim que venha de ferias ..... Porque no verao nossa cidade muito diferente e alegre as prais sao maravilhosas. Um grande beijo a voce e ao seu Pàis no qual amo tanto.

Soggiorno piacevole.proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.colazione abbondante con scelta sia di dolce che di salato e prodotti dedicati a chi è intollerante. Camera piccola,ma con tutti i confort! La nostra dava sul cortiletto interno perciò era molto silenziosa.

Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.
Zimmer sind OK. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung bzw. als Ausgangspunkt für einen Kurzurlaub zur Erkundung der Cinque Terre völlig ausreichend. Kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Bahnhof und zum Zentrum. Freundliches Personal.

Lavangnèse 2 nuits
2 jours à Lavagnèse. Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre. Très agréable le soir avec un restaurant simple et très bon pour pas cher. 2 bémols, pas de clim dans la chambre et il faisait chaud cette année, et un parking gratuit un peu éloigné. Rien de bien grave. Accueil très sympathique.

Домашняя теплая атмосфера, отличное расположение, в центре Лаваньи, недалеко от вокзала, 5-7 мин пешком до пляжа, в номерах нет кондеционера,есть вентилятор, от жары не изнывали, было комфортно. Необыкновенно приветливая хозяйка Сильвия, не было фена, с удовольствием дала, во всем поможет, подскажет. ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНАЯ еда в ресторане, все дни ужинали там, для гостей отеля скидка, каждый вечер нам приносили бесплатный аперетив, отель вспоминием тепло и с большой благодарностью!!!

Ottima collocazione, ma camere da migliorare
Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questo hotel con i bambini. Attirati più dalla posizione vantaggiosa rispetto al centro di Lavagna e alla spiaggia, che dal prezzo (decisamente vantaggioso). Ci siamo trovati a dormire in 4 in una camera con spazi sufficienti a 3 persone, con un letto aggiunto che non consentiva bene l'accesso al bagno e l'apertura dell'armadio. Ci siamo adattati, trattandosi solo di 2 notti, ma abbiamo notato anche svariate macchie di muffa nei muri e nel bagno. Nulla di grave, ma sicuramente non una bella cosa. Fra l'altro nei cassetti dell'armadio c'era polvere e sabbia. Per il resto, i letti erano abbastanza comodi, nonostante una prima sensazione non positiva, e l'esposizione su una stradina interna era abbastanza silenziosa. Il personale cortese e disponibile, la posizione ottimale a pochi passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia, indubbiamente il più grande pregio dell'hotel. La colazione più che dignitosa con ampia scelta e prodotti prevalentemente preconfezionati, ma di buona qualità. In definitiva una struttura che mi sento di consigliare solo per periodi brevi, ma se non si hanno pretese particolari sulla camera e con la consapevolezza che bisognerà chiudere un occhio su alcune cose. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo resta tutto sommato nella media con le strutture della zona. Purtroppo ho visto 3 stelle ben peggiori di questo hotel 2 stelle a Lavagna!

Grazioso hotel in posizione centrale
L'hotel è situato nel centro di lavagna. Si raggiunge il mare a 5 min a piedi e anche la stazione. È molto comodo perché ha un parcheggio gratuito nei paraggi. Lo consiglio a chi cerca la tranquillità ma anche la Comodità. Al suo interno c'è il ristorante perbacco che consiglio altamente per i piatti buonissimi che offre.

l'hotel est situé pas loin de la mer et dans le centre. Les patrons sont très serviables et souriants. la chambre est vieillote mais très propre. Bonne literie. La salle du petit déjeuner, dans laquelle nous avons aussi dîner est sombre et pas très accueillante. Pour le petit déjeuner, à part les pâtisseries, il n'y avait pas grand choix dans le buffet mais c'était correct. Par contre, le resto servait de très bons plats. Nous y avons très bien mangé et les clients de l'hotel ont 15% de réduction.

Très bon petit hôtel
C'est un établissement 2 etoiles au top. Les chambres sont propres, le personnel est accueillant et le petit déjeuner est copieux . Parfait dans notre cas pour une escale d'une nuit. Y passer une semaine est a évaluer au vu de l'insonorisation un peu limite des chambres : la douche des chambres voisines s'entend assez fort surtout en pleine nuit.
