Nice to have indoor swimming pool especially in the winter time, and the hotel also offers breakfast. The reason I gave 4(of 5) for the condition or maintenance of the hotel is because the self-set up morning call from the phone where I stayed is not function properly, when I set up at 11PM by clicking the morning call set-up button, it just directed me to someone's room.

Pros: The staff, friendly, worked hard to get out hot foods even though a large group of fencers had to leave before hot breakfast normally served.
Cons: Spa wasn't working .
Location: Very close to UNH where we were heading so very convenient. Easy to find close to food.
This is a personal preference but I wish the beds were firmer.

Pros: Elegant king suite, pet friendly, friendly staff
Cons: I didn't find it sooner.
Location: Easy to find, quiet room, nice area to walk the dog.
We were greeted like celebrities and treated like welcome family for our two day stay. We brought our labradoodle, Bo Jangles, and he was welcomed by everyone we met. The pool and hot tub are excellent! Everything is clean and well kept and the breakfast is wonderful! Thank you so much for a good experience!
