We were not prepared for the noise of the construction. Most of the parking lot was closed for the work. The connecting room next to ours was very loud with hammer banking all day long. We should have been notified before hand.

It was not disclosed that the property was undergoing restoration. The pool and hot tub were drained and unavailable, the room had stains on the couch and was dirty. Parking was it was hard and it was inconvenient to load and unload. Service at the front desk and restaurant were good but upon a request for an extra blanket it never arrived. Definitely not worth the price right now.

They put me in room 202 -which was the handicapped room with special equipment in walk in shower. I did not mind to be in the room because of the equipment. But it is next to the elevator and that was very uncomfortable because there was noise from the elevator.

The property is old, worn out, dirty, the white towels are yellow and they smell. $150.00 a night is ridiculous, this property should be $59.00 a night.

Rooms Do Not Match Facility
The hotel and amenities are very well done, but the rooms are disappointing. Our bed was older, broken down. We were given an ADA room despite not needing/requesting it and it likely would fail an ADA compliance test - grab bars were loose, room was dark and near elevator, external HVAC equipment so was noisy. Lack of included breakfast also out-of-step with quality/type of hotel.

Hotel and staff were nice. However, they had one elevator and the hotel was completely sold out that weekend so it made it a bit uncomfortable, having to wait with your bags and a half volume of travel on the elevators.

I was wondering if my sheets were washed or if I slept in the sheets of another person. The sheets did not look fresh. Also: in the little bottle of conditioner, only about 1/3 was left which I only noticed in the shower when I tried to use it.

They need to have the stairway accessible from all the floors. The elevator is way too small. I prefer to take the stairs but it not accessible from the first floor.
