Convenient Portsmouth vacation spot.
Hotel located very centrally. Easy to get around enjoy the local sights and many shops and restaurants. Room very spacious and well appointed. Nice kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Families were having a great time at the pool and running all around the hotel. Dogs also out on holiday! Staff helpful and polite. Parking in town and at the hotel expensive.

Room didn’t feel very clean. Noise from next room after 10pm was never addressed . One elevator broken. Very busy Customer Service is Excellent.

The hotel is in a perfect area, quiet, and yet walkable to the town center in minutes. Very friendly staff. Basic fast breakfast options. The room had a few things missing but nothing that changed the stay, I would recommend this hotel I would stay there again.

It was a good location and convenient to many fun areas and things to do. The studio/king size bed was fine, but there weren't enough pillows as the sofa bed needed to be used as well. There were plenty of towels, but no place to hang them/let them dry. We stayed 3 nights so 2 mornings we had wet/damp towels as housecleaning only comes 1x during a 3 night stay. I wanted the studio for the kitchen. I was surprised that there wasnt an oven. It was my first time using a studio with a kitchen, but had hoped for an oven. Most of the kitchen items were fine, except for the knives which were dull. The photos showed a much larger kitchen table then we actually had. The free breakfast was mediocre. Our first morning, there were waffles, but no syrup was available. When asked if there was syrup, the response was that there was butter and jelly. Odd. The other mornings, the breakfast food was so so. Nothing to brag about, but they did have healthy options of fresh fruit, oatmeal, and yogurt. Overall this room/hotel was okay. I don't think I'd select it again for the price we paid (mid week not during summer or holiday).

The stay was great, clean, comfy & friendly. The egg sandwiches & quiche in the morning were cold. Like cold, cold not edible. I was looking for a microwave thinking that we were supposed to heat them ourselves but that was not the case. I just had yogurt instead. Other than that would stay again & would recommend.

Don;t bother with the "breakfast".
The only dissappointment was the breakfast situation--we have stayed here several times and this time the selection and quality of the items was very poor--no bread for toast, at all, the toasters do not "toast:" and are useless--they only heat up the bagel of english muffin inserted, and that takes forever. There were no eggs; just greasy bacon or egg, sausage and cheese on previously frozen bagels or some waffles in the warmer. No fruit at all. Really badly done--not the usual quality as in the past.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and I love almost everything about it. It is safe and clean. The only thing that needs a DESPERATE (capital letters so they hear me) is their dismal breakfast. It was really bad! I know COVID changed everything to single serve, but that is over. Bring your cooks back, make scrambled eggs, hash browns and pancakes again. Everything was pre-packaged under fancy stainless steel chafing dishes. I ate a tiny Dannon yogurt with fixings. Please at least serve a full size tasty Siggis Greeek yogurt. The hotel is amazing! Parking was $40. I paid $365 for a 19 hour stay with a horrid breakfast. Real food would have made the difference.
