“Excellent Value Will definitely Return”

Stayed here for a recent visit to the Military Academy at West Point. This was a quick 15-20 minutes from the gate. Very New, Very Clean, Very Reasonable. The breakfast was another big plus. Despite what they publish for their breakfast hours, you can get fresh (complimentary) Starbucks coffee at least a half hour before breakfast is served. All of the staff that I met were great. I have stayed in many different area hotels. If this one is available, I will definitely come back again.

“Favorite hotel in area!”

We have visited the Mid Hudson area for the past 8 years, and have stayed at a different hotel every time. Next year I am going back to this hotel. My children loved the pool, it was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was one of the nicest our family has come to see at a hotel. Our room was great, clean, quiet and comfortable. If you are traveling to the area, our family recomends this hotel.

great hotel. the staff were very accomodating. the buffet breakfast was the best that i have experienced in a hotel of this size. the suite was very cumfortable. the kitchen was well stocked, if you chose to cook your own meals,and the bed was the most cumfortable bed that i have slept in at a small hotel. my children loved the pool, and the gym was well equiped for it's size. overall a great experience.

“3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star”

Great hotel with friendly staff. I felt my room was worthy of a four star hotel. It had beautiful furnishings, including the bed clothes and pillows. Eric, maintenance supervisor, helped me with the computer in the business suite. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend staying there again though I understand it has been bought by Hyatt. I hope the quality stays the same

“Excellent hotel!”

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, but I would definitely stay there again! The hotel staff was extremely friendly. They allowed me to upgrade my room from a room with a king-sized bed to one with two queen-sized beds at no additional cost. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable (not to mention the pillows - amazing!), and there were a number of restaurants within walking distance. They also have a business center that you can use for no additional charge.

“Great Hotel and Location”

We were heading up to a graduation last minute and was able to find a beautiful hotel room for an average price. Free breakfast was delicious. Room was very comfortable. Wish we could stay longer.

“Simple on the outside- but a hidden gem on the inside.....”

Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was a treat every morning- sometimes a bit crowded though. The staff was courteous, and the room was very clean. Stayed in a suite with kitchenette. Opposite the road is walmart which was very handy- there is a bus stop which gave us access to everywhere.

“Great Hotel”

We loved the clean room and comfy bed. What topped the stay was the free "hot breakfast bar". With a growing teenage boy this was the best both money and time saving!

Our family stayed at this hotel while we toured the FDR Presidential Home and Library (and other historic sites) in Hyde Park NY and although it was a 20 minute ride down Rt. 9 in busy traffic, it was well worth it! The hotel staff was friendly and responsive, the suites were large and well appointed and it was a bargain for a family of 6 (including 4 teenagers) due to the full breakfast buffet (one of the best we've experienced), fresh fruit and coffee that were available all day, the pool and spa that were practically empty during the day and the free internet access in the business center. Proximity to a movie theater, restaurants and retail were helpful for keeping 4 teenagers busy. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the area and this hotel. One small item to note was that although this hotel seemed new and well appointed, our king size bed did have squeaky coils and the bed linens looked a little worn.
