“You don't have anything to say unless something goes wrong”

It isn't relevant what went wrong (nothing major), just that something did and the response from the staff speaks volumes to their quality. We alerted them to an issue and as soon as they could run up the stairs they we working diligently to resolve it and ensure we were satisfied.

Excellent place to stay but like too many hotels, they have banging door locks. That needs to be fixed. Otherwise, highly recommend. And Starbucks is across the street.

I love the Hilton...beds are great, clean rooms and overall hotel, breakfast was wonderful and service excellent. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows - okay but a little soft and crunched up funny into small squares when I arrived. Preference mostly and not a big reflection on the general experience which was excellent!

Had problems with rooms. Had to change rooms due to nauseating odor from bathroom, second room has toilet back up. There are too many hotels to choose from in the area and I would not want to go back to this hotel.

The hospitality of the staff was excellent... the rooms was very comfortable, especially the bed. I have stayed at several different Hilton Gardens and I have nothing but praise at every one I have stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel.

I always like staying here when I go the CIA in Hyde Park. It's not super close to the Culinary Institute of America but the service and value is so good, I prefer to stick to Hilton Garden in Fishkill. Every receptionist has been very helpful, even upon late check-in. The quality of the breakfast is good, the size of the room is very nice, it's not an old hotel, indoor pool is great, and those cookies at the front...they take the cake! If you're looking for a hassle-free stay and comfort at a reasonable price, go here. The only downside is that there's pretty much nothing to do in the area, except for some shopping mall and movie theatre.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. I also like that the hotel is trying to go green. My favorite was the check out. They left my bill under the door. I reviewed it and I called the front desk and check out.
