“good price”

breakfast was well received by family, the lobby is very up-to-date but not as much has been done to the hallways and windows. Up to date rooms were nice. Good value for a family on vacation

“Good for a couple nights”

Good location and easy to get to.literally at the end of the exit on I 84. The front desk staff was somewhat rude upon arrival. They were very busy ,maybe overwhelmed ,although not because of people at the desk as I was one of two and it came through in the staffs attitude. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. My only complaint would be the time it took housekeeping to get to the room. The property used to be a Holiday Inn and that logo is still visible in a number of areas. Could use a little update overall. The halls and common areas are noticeably old. Great complimentary hot breakfast daily. There is a steakhouse restaurant there also . They seemed short staffed in some areas . I would return and recommend this property for an overnight or business stay.

“nice and clean but ..........”

Everything was clean and nice, but the person at the front desk was a bit rude. The was not that comfortable for a 3 star hotel. It was really bright in the room even with the blinds close, so we woke up much earlier. Breakfast was really good.

“Very disappointed”

My husband and I stayed for one night at the Ramada recently and had been customers of the same hotel when it was the Holiday Inn Fishkill. So much was different - I guess since they are still under transition - but we did not know this until it was too late. The check in process was timely - approximately 20 minutes to check in one guest, the hallways were damp and cold, the room was shabby and run down - ie: cracked toilet tank lid put together with tape, and there were no menus in the room for room service or any internet access (wireless or otherwise) which was advertised as being part of our stay. We went downstairs to the restaurant where we were told after ordering a glass of wine that they do not have a liquor license. The breakfast that is included is a plus. We have always liked the location - and would be willing to stay again when things improve - but not anytime soon. They deserve a chance to prove themselves under new management - and hopefully things will change - but I felt we should have gotten a break in our bill due to all the inconveniences we encountered during our stay there.

“Sloppy, indifferent hotel.”

Hotel had sloppy, indifferent service. Dated look. Room next door was left wide open. There was a beer bottle at our back door. Refrigerator had been removed. Lamp was not plugged in. Wi-fi was extremely slow. Outlets were few, and the remaining ones were loose, causing the cords to fall out. Breakfast was good, including the service.

“Cheap room for a high price”

I got two room to spend the night with my family white travelling around NY state area for foliage and winery visits. My room had the sink dripping all night long, the shower didn't work 100% as most of the water was flowing to the bathtub. I checked in late at night, like 11pm and had a cold welcome by the guy in the reception who seemed to be troubled with something else. Old rooms in the very end of the hotel at the ground floor.

“Only if you like changing dirty sheets”

Looks like the Ramada just took over the Holiday Inn. Great, except it still looks like a dirty, worn out hotel. The sheets in my room were visibly dirty (hair and dirt could be seen on the pillows and under the comforter. I asked if they could be changed but housekeeping had left and I was asked to switch rooms. Upon switching, the other room was found with the pillowcases crumbled up on the nightstands so I just agreed to stay in the room in which I had already unpacked. I was given sheets and told that I could change them. Changing sheets wasn't on my list of things I'd love to do while traveling.
