Very good experince. Went with whole family (three kids under 5) and the pool and hot tob were a hit, the breakfast was better than average, and the room was clean with comfortable beds and sofa-bed.

Maybe it's because it was during Christmas holidays, this Residence Inn that I have stayed in before didn't perform well. The toilet was plugged but there was no one in the hotel to come clear it. I borrowed the plunger and did it myself. The Men's toilet by the lobby was out of service. And the bed was hard. One of my worst RI experience.

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off perhaps accidentally at like 10pm and everyone had to clear out until the fire department came. That was the only negative. Luckily it wasn’t super cold.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room appeared to be clean and comfortable but there were large bugs in the window of my bedroom, a huge bug in the bathroom and what appeared to be a large tick, also in the bathroom. I took pictures and showed them to the desk clerk. I can send them to you if you want them.

The hotel was clean but lacked a little travel conveniences we have found at various Residence Inn. This hotel did not supply extra blanket, hairdryer, nor lotion which I forgot. The breakfast was good and the food service staff attentive. I rate them a 4 out of 5 because these are minor. Its a good place to stay. Enjoy!
