“Great location for exhibition halls”

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Good bar restaurant with good choice on the menu and great friendly service from the waiting staff. Bench seating athough it looked good was not very comfortable. Small pool but great views over the city and excellent massage service in the fitness centre. I would definitely choose his hotel again.

The hotel was excellent and catered for all our needs, including our 89 year old father. The staff were friendly, the rooms were large and spacious. The breakfast was good, especially the champagne, which was a real novelty for father!!! It comes highly recommended

Location good easy walk to square. Room and linens were wonderful. Room service and food was good and hot when we got it.

Hotel is brand new, so very stylish and squeaky clean. Best thing - service from everyone I encountered was courteous, efficient, smiling and friendly. It really does make a difference, so thank you. Only disappointment, despite many TV channels, no BBC News, and worst of all no sports channel showing the Euro 2008 matches!

“I'll be back!!”

The front desk staff was excellant, friendly and looked after our requests in a very professional manner. We had a late dinner in the bar and the service and food good. The next day we missed the breakfast buffet and the dinning room was closed. The dinning and kitchen staff graciously offered the opportunity to order our breakfast from the menu. This was very much appreceiated. There is close access to banking and a convienance store. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I know I will stay there again.

“Poor service in the new year period”

Stayed here for 3 nights for new year's 09/10. Hotel was of a very high standard but they were running a seasonal Bed and Breakfast service while I was there, meaning there was a severely limited range of food (2 dishes) available for the rest of the day. The bar staff were quite unattentive too for which there can be no excuse as the bar was never busy.
