Nice property Beware of the Taxi drivers that say their credit card machines are working and then get to your destination and hoot and holler about the machine not working. Then request to take you to the ATM to take cash out. Happened twice to me at this hotel.

the check in was good 👍 apart the fact when I came to the hotel at 11am they have not offered 5stars service she didn’t asked to take my bag and like in Other hotels they will offer you to use other facilities like swimming pool or restaurant even when the room is not ready, here I give two stars only, the restaurant service was amazing.

Out of all of the places I’ve traveled throughout the world I have to say this hotel is second to none. The staff members are very professional. they are also very kind and just great people. The rooms are very clean. The areas surrounding the hotel is thriving. The food is impeccable. There’s just so much I can say about this hotel, so consider yourself lucky if you can stay here because if I had it my way I would live here that’s how wonderful everything is

This was a very disappointing experience as the hotel used to be better. First, we weren’t able to access the garage. When we asked someone to let us enter, we were asked for a garage reservation! This should have been mentioned in the hotel description but was not! At check in, we enquired about a secured outside spot, but were told by a rather unfriendly lady that none were available. However, when we returned to the hotel after midnight, at least half of the spots were available! This was very frustrating as we were forced to park on the street away from the hotel. This could have been a security issue as the streets were deserted and the area did not seem very safe. The room did not leave a good impression either as it was cold, came with a severely stained towel, had very uncomfortable pillows, offered a TV the size of a large book, had no power outlet by the bed, and showed signs of aging. We will not return!

I stayed in suite 524 here. The bedroom backs on to the elevator shaft and is incredibly noisy, all night. It sounds like a foghorn. In addition to this, I put on a bathrobe after a shower to discover long blonde, ginger and brunette hairs all over me. They came from the bathrobe, and it appeared to have never been cleaned. It was truly disgusting. The hotel could only move me to a smaller room with a shower inside a bathtub, which I would have struggled to get in and out of (my main reason for booking the suite to begin with) so I had no option to stick with the room I had. I purchased my own towels elsewhere and used those. The club lounge is a converted small room, stuffed with tables and warm drinks. I didn't use it. Not a great experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this hotel

Be aware.
Standards are not there, old hotel in need of refurbishment, rotten door frames, dated furniture. Sauna is very small. Any other 4* hotel in Poznan will be much better than this so called 5*.

Extremely disappointed in the Sheraton Hotel in Poznan. We arrived approximately 1 hour prior to check in and was told our room is ready however will be charged 40zl to check in early. Extremely inappropriate in my opinion for a 5 star hotel. Also, asked to order a taxi for us to get to the airport which was a set fee which was outrageous. We called ourselves and paid 1/3 the price. Honestly, if you’re looking for a nice 5 star hotel, don’t stay here. I highly recommend City Park hotel. They were beyond accommodating and won’t stay anywhere else now.

We stayed for four nights . We found the staff were very courteous and helpful to us at all times . Our room was comfortable, clean and ideal for our needs. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed our time in this lovely hotel. We hope to return again in the near future.

Airport transfer, that I ordered through the hotel tried to take double payment. failed. I ordered the room with 2 separate spaces like suite/junior suite like were shown on pictures, got regular family room with one common space. Didn't get any compensation on this. The service level doesn't suits 5 starts hotel and money paid for it.

I love the fact that they keep everything clean and spotless. Our room was cleaned daily and not after we leave as most hotel now operates since COVID. I truly enjoyed the buffet style breakfast.

Very nice, clean hotel. Room was a bit small but that's to be expected in Europe. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, especially Olivia at the front desk. The included breakfast buffet was excellent.

For another time, I can say - this hotel does not deserve the 5-star rating it received in 2007(sic!). The equipment of both the gym and guest rooms leaves much to be desired (I would especially pay attention to the bathroom - towels should be replaced after 10 years of continuous use - this is of course a small thing, but hotel guests really pay attention to it) - it certainly does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel! The service in the "Rynek" restaurant also differs from the level of a restaurant in such a place (long waiting for an order, total loss of service during breakfast - difficulties with preparing the ordered coffee, failure to complete the order - these are just a few shortcomings!). My question - where is the manager and who evaluates in terms of maintaining the standards (5**)???

Liked the hotel and location. Breakfast is overpriced, for 70z they charge you can get a much better breakfast elsewhere. Also, the furnace system in the rooms are complicated and outdated, it’s 2020 ... not 1990, should be replaced.
