Where to begin....I have lots of good things to say and lots of bad things to say as well. First off, if you want to be picked up at the airport....make sure you tell them your flight details....they do not ask (or they didnt ask me) and I ened up taking the metro....with that being said it was easy to get to from there and a lot cheaper option. If booking on Expedia - check pick up prices with hotel as they are not correct on Expedia. This apartment was in a great location close to down town...and other important sites. Easy to get to as well. The apartment was clean.....but does need a good scrub down (dirty walls!!!! And dusty). I found the upstairs of our loft very hot, but luckily there was AC for the bottom part. I had asked for a room with two beds....and for them to provide that they just pulled out the roll out couch (which I thought was weird). The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful, a little different but he did book my friend a taxi for 6am the next day. If your looking for constant WiFi while you are there.....this apartment is the wrong place to go, it was constantly cutting in and out. Which is super annoying for foreign travelers. But overall had a good stay while I was there

Thank you for your time to review your experience. Regarding the transfer I don´t understand how we can book a transfer not asking the flight details??? We book hundreds per year and believe that without flight details is quite difficult. Expedia doesn´t allow to put a certain price and so we have to put an average one because there is a difference, also if very small, between 1-4 people and 5-8 people.. The couch as extra bed is prepared always for the 1rd or 4th person (it is clearly written that is so in the website) or in case of twin beds. Best Regards

Happy with the four angels!
Very, very pleased with Ai Quattro Angeli. Our split level studio had air conditioning in the lower level, but not in the upper level bedroom which as it is facing the windows can get hot but a fan was provided. The apartment was clean, the bathroom clean with a nice bathtub. It was accessible by lift although located between floors necessitating navigating a small flight of steps up and then down from the lift. Perhaps one could find a nicer place near Charles Bridge, however we found nothing to fault as it had everything we needed, was in an unmatched location within walking distance of museums, restaurants, cafes, historic sights, the Prague Central Train Station. We cannot praise it highly enough. Everything else will be a downer because of the convenience, location and utility of our studio apartment. The WiFi was quite fast as well, certainly faster that what we experienced in other countries. We would definitely stay again if it ever came to that. The office where one retrieves the keys and checks in is located just around the corner on Cerna. They do keep regular business hours so might be hard to contact for initial check-in if arriving late. However our check in representative was very clear about what was available, what was offered and the ins and outs of the check-in process and check out process. It was excellent value for money.

Spacious apartment
The room was very nice: more like an apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. A very good size for three and had some good extras (e.g. the WiFi was good). Reception were also nice and helpful. It is also in a good location, being around 10 minutes from Charles Bridge and the city centre. The only negatives are that if you are looking to pay for the room by card you can only do this in Koruna and not Euros, meaning the exchange rate is done on date of pay meaning it may be more than the price of the room given in Euros. Also the towels are not replaced (due to the washing machine I guess), however I’m sure we could of asked for new towels at reception. Also be aware that the reception is just across the road from where the apartments are.

Definitely Recommend But Bring Ear Plugs
A bit hard to find, but once we found the hotel and separate reception building it was all fine from there! The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy with all the graffiti, but we were assured that it was the safest city to walk around in. We never had any problems at all. A few great restaurants and pubs were just seconds away walking distance, and our room came with two 5% and 10% coupons for a restaurant and pub around the corner. The room was perfect and comfortable with a full kitchen. Our only concern was the noise. You could hear EVERYTHING in the room, and apparently people in Prague are loud late at night. It's an older building though, what do you expect? Just be sure to bring ear plugs. The breakfast is amazing and down in the basement, which to us Americans looked like a magical, old stone bunker. It was so cool to eat breakfast down there! You have to see it. Definitely a great stay, we recommend it!

Fantastic location; very helpful staff
Office was hard to find but good GPS helped. Checked-in just after 6pm but access to staff was easy. Great apartment within walking distance of all the tourist areas without being noisy. Great underground breakfast area - could be brighter (perfect for romantic dinner but we're a family trying to have breakfast).

Fine for a no perks place to stay.
This was a very basic accommodation but was for a stag(batchelor) party and therefore was sufficient. I staye3d for three nights in the rooms above the reception area. Breakfast was served in another building just around the corner, a minutes walk. Hallway lighting is non existent and three keys and a fob are required to be carried, a fob to get into the building, a key for the bedroom outer door and a key for the bedroom. the 3rd key is for access to the building where breakfast is served. The location is excellent and some decent eating establishments are close by. a 20 minute stroll brings you into the main square in Prague and its a straight walk. All in all for the money that was paid this is not a bad spot but don't expect any comforts. And finally, there is a washing machine in the bathroom ??????

Overall excellent experience dealing with Francesco and the room was clean; location is very good (easy access to trams/underground and 20 min walk to Old Town Square and U Flecku is around the corner). Bathroom fixtures needed repair/updating, but that's really the only complaint. Breakfast was OK - limited selection, but decent quality. In short, I would stay here again!

We have spent 2 nights (4 people) in Al Quattro Angeli Prague. The hotel has a great location close to the river and old town - within walking distance (app. 12mins). What's important it is quiet during the night so you can sleep. The breakfast was simple but ok. I would definitely recommend and come back. Radoslaw

I really enjoyed our stay. She upgraded us to a nicer room for the two remaining days and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect. Just far enough away and close enoigh to everything we wanted to see. Wifi worked well which came in very useful in seeing the sites we wanted to see. Overall had a really nice stay!

We stayed here for a few nights over my birthday. My boyfriend had emailed ahead to ask them to put up some balloons, which they were kind enough to do! The room was huge and we had everything we needed. Reception and the breakfast room are both in little basements, but don't let this put you off - the buffet was well stocked with toasts, pastries and jams. Handy to Prague's locations, we easily walked everywhere.

Bumbling administrators that are never there. Room with an inoperable shower. Spartan room with a comically small TV set that couldn't be turned towards the bed because the tight cord wouldn't allow it (apparently they have not discovered the extension cord) and if one wants to watch it you had to sit on a chair in front of it, but... There was only one chair in a room for two! The breakfast is pitiful. The location is good, but that is true for 90% of the hotels in marvelous Prague. So, what is the reason to go to this hotel? One, ignorance of the place (it was our mistake); two, price (no, as it just cost as much as many better ones); well, the only reason would be the nice, hard-working maids. I can't think of any other one.

Surprisingly nice in spite of the scary alley way graffitti on the walls nearby. The hot water heater was inadvertently left off the first night, but was corrected immediately once the manager realized the oversight. The continental breakfast "cave" is really cool, but tricky to find. NIce, spacious room.

Perfect Prague Hotel
The hotel is in a very accessible and convenient location - close to all major attractions. The hotel was clean, quiet with bright airy rooms and all working comforts. The kitchen was well equipped and it was like having our own self-contained flat within the comfort and security of an hotel. Staff were very polite and friendly and couldn't have been more friendly. Service was first rate. No complaints! I would definitely stay here again. Ten out of ten!

The room we were staying was on groud level ,just across the reception.All I can say we did not sleep for both nights we were there. The street noise was constant till early morning. The locatino was good ,walking distance to all major atractions, but it was plenty of better hotels in this location to choose.Staff not friendly.

The apartment was well equipped, clean and with a nice view. Breakfast was good according to expactations. Great budget option. My only concern is with the mattress- was much too soft and we all had back ache after sleeping on it. I guess that people who like soft spring mattress will get along with it.

Great place to stay!
It was a bit hard to locate the place, but that's because the map we hadn't wasn't very clear. The location, though, was really nice. It's far from a busy street, but not too far from the subway. There were a lot of small local bars close by that were friendly to hang out in and were nicely priced. The staff was very nice and the people we talked to were very informative and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and filling. The place we stayed in was an apartment, so it had a kitchen to one side that was convenient. Everything was very clean, comfy, and quiet. The only thing we had a little problem with is that instead of having one big bed, we had 2 twin beds pushed together (but we didn't mind it too much; seemed like a typical thing in Europe). Overall, we were very happy with this place and would stay again.

素晴らしい立地。緊急時の対応にも助かりました。
周囲には、カフェやレストランがあり楽しめるエリアだと思います。メトロの駅も徒歩３分程度で非常に便利な立地でした。 室内には、キッチン設備、食器などの備品があります。料理をすることはなかったですが、デリで買った食品やワインを室内で食べることができました。 滞在中に鍵をなくすトラブル（後で、実は持っていたと判明）を起こした時、親切に対応してくれました。英語話者のスタッフが、マスターキーを持ってきて開けてくれました。 シャンプー、ボディソープなどはありませんので、持参する必要があります。
