Alchymist Nosticova Palace

Located in a quiet quarter of Prague the hotel more than justifies its rating. The staff were very friendly ,helpful and efficient in dealing with queries or requests. You were made to feel very welcome.

Great hotel, the staff are great nothing to much trouble. One of the best hotels ive stopped in. I took my husband for his bithday and we were given a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne.The hotel is in a quiet location so you can sleep at night but in walking distance of charles bridge, pubs, places to eat and shops. We did really have a great time and would like to say THANKYOU to all the staff and especially the lady on reception who was very helpful.

Loved it. Great part of town - close enough to the attractions but not in the middle of the chaos. Very close to the river and had a park just down the road. Hotel staff very accommodating- both day and night concierge excellent. Stayed in a junior suite. Very nice sized room. Plenty of space. Definitely would stay again.

The ambience of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff is excellent. A hotel that is perfect for everyone.

A superb hotel, fantastic, quiet location with staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made great restaurant recommendations and came to our aid when our taxi to the airport did not turn up. We had a room at the top of the hotel with an amazing view of the castle, the breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the complimentary cheese and wine tasting on the friday afternoon. Overall I would definately recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Way above my expectations!

FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED EVERYTHING WAS A PLEASURE, FROM BEING MET OUTSIDE AND OUR BAGS CARRIED IN TO A SEEMLESS CHECK IN AND THEN BEING OFFERED A GLASS OF CHAMPAGNE IN THE BAR WHEN WE WERE READY, ALL THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITH SUGGESTIONS WHERE TO EAT AND PLACES TO VISIT, WE CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH WE HAD A SUPER STAY AND WE WILL BE BACK

We really loved our stay at the hotel and fell in love with Prague. The room was very beautiful and included a small kitchen, the bathroom was fairly large and the furniture in the room was all very grand. The bed was also very comfortable, and the room was warm and cosy. The only slight snag we had was that the guests in the room above us were very very heavy footed, which was a bit annoying when we were trying to sleep..(not to hotels fault). The staff at the hotel were amazing and they did their best to make our stay very special. We were treated to coffee upon arrival and were also pleased to find a bottle of wine had been left in our room on our first evening. The location itself was perfect for us, we enjoyed walking into the city, up to the castle and we found our way around easily. To sum up we would recommend this hotel to our friends and family and would stay again if we ever return to Prague.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel was nicely extravagant.
