Exceptional in every way!Posted Dec 13, 2013
Location: The hotel is well located in the Mala Strana. IIt's only a bridge away from the Old Town and just down the street from the Prague Castle.
This is a must go to hotel for those looking to have elegant & romantic accommodations. Our room was beyond belief. Large, stunning and extremely comfortable in every way. The hotel staff was always available to assist. Every morning we were greeted by a warm & gracious staff and the food was delicious. Definitely enjoyed coming back to hotel in the evening for a night cap. We will definitely be back soon. Enjoy!

Perfect short break.Posted Dec 6, 2013
Peter, the Hotel driver met us at the airport, ( booked on line with hotel) very friendly, understood and spoke English. Reception staff brilliant, nothing too much trouble. The rest of the staff very pleasant, a welcome and a smile all the time. Hotel was spotless, located down a side street so very quiet. 5 minutes stroll to Charles Bridge. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Unique Bohemian style and decoration. Great breakfast. Afternoon happy hour with free drink & light snack.
Cons: Don't change anything.
Location: Easy walk to Prague's tourist attractions or tram.
I never fill in hotel reviews but was so impressed with this hotel that I'm making an exception. This is a very nice boutique hotel on a quiet street in Prague. All staff were excellent. High recommendation.

Central hotel with excellent staffPosted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: Stylish, clean, but the best part was the staff. They were so friendly and so helpful.
Location: 10 minutes from the Charles Bridge. All of Central Prague is on your doorstep.
This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay. The room was of average size, very clean comfortable and stylish. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was excellent, there was free tea and coffee during the day, and welcome drinks on arrival. It was only 10 minutes to the Charles Bridge through a small park. I would recommend asking them to collect you from the airport. For a small fee it saves you working out the public transport on your arrival and gets you to the hotel in about 30 minutes. This was, by far, the best city break hotel that we have ever stayed at. Ah, that should say the best hotel, full stop.

Romantic boutique hotel close to Charles bridgePosted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: Location, charming and romantic hotel, great service and fantastic breakfast buffet
Cons: Have Coffee /tea in room
Location: Walking distance to everything: 7 min walk to Charles bridge and Lesser towns square, 10-15 min walk to castle, close to tram, 5 min to funicular
Had a wonderful stay last week in Prague at this hotel. Room was nicely furnished , very quiet, a bit small but very charming. if you are looking for an old world and luxurious feel and very personalized staff, this is the place to stay. The only negative was that it did not have coffee or tea in the room. However, beverages are complimentary at their bar which is a very unusual benefit to find these days so I just ordered it at the bar and took it my room. Staff was great, I had a problem with my tour and they helped me contact the tour company for me. location is great, it is a few min walk to Charles bridge, 5 min walk to funicular to Petrin Hill, and 10 min to castle. It was nice having your hotel in the Mala Strana area across the bridge as we walked the Charles bridge every night on the way home--- very beautiful. Their outdoor garden restaurant was closed but I would imagine that it would be really nice to sit out there during the summer. overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic service and great food.Posted Sep 6, 2013
Pros: Service, service and service - the staff was exceptional
Cons: I could not think of a thing that could be improved.
Location: A short walk to the Charles Bridge and all of the history.
From our welcome until we said goodby four days later we could not have been for pleased with a hotel. The facilities were exceptional, we have never had better service and it was our most favored place for dinner - what more could you ask for.
