Pleasant hotel 5minutes walk from Wenceslas SquarePosted May 8, 2014
Pros: The staff was very nice, helpful and professional. I loved the tea making facility as it is rare in Prague. It made me feel very welcome.
Cons: Few cakes could be added for breakfast and juice served instead of squash.
Location: Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square and Charles Bridge are a short walk away. Lovely shopping
Tea making facilities was very welcoming. Room was clean and cosy with a balcony. Fresh ham, cheese, fried eggs, bacon and sausages for breakfast, variety of bread, but no cakes and squash instead of juice. Nice location very close to all important places and shopping.

Staff are stoned face and rudePosted Dec 8, 2013
Cons: Need to run this Hotel for International tourist and employ staff suitable for a Hospitality Service performance
Location: Bad location. A Cabaret and a Girly Parlour on the street and NO TAXI can drive into this road between midnight and 6am .
Have stayed in this Hotel several times in the past few years and found it to be a friendly small Hotel. My recent stay was a bad experience. There was no kettle in the room but there was coffee cups, tea bags and Sugar and when I called the Receptionist the answer was "Come down and get it" A stone-faced Receptionist greeted me at the front desk telling me that there was only I kettle in the reception area and I need to boil hot water there. the reason given was "FIRE HAZARDS" if kettles are kept in Guest Rooms. The TV was malfunctioned on my first night and after informing front desk next morning, the stone-face receptionist told me that the only available mechanic only comes in from 8pm-6am !! I have problem with the Hotel Wi-Fi and the internet at the Reception area and before I could tell her the problem, she said " I don't speak English and I am not a mechanic" It was a very unpleasant stay and I will not go back to this Hotel again in future.

Close to historic area.Posted Oct 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Rooms were clean but aged. Location was great for being by the historic area and train station but had 3 gentlemen clubs right next door so a little loud. Breakfast was good and they had someone working at the front desk 24 hours a day.

Good value for moneyPosted Sep 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good location apart from the cabarets down the street bringing stag do after stag do. Service was mediocre, staff didn't seem to be the happiest bunch. Breakfast very good, rooms not very modern but clean and comfortable.

Good value for the pricePosted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: Location walking distance to the train station Walking distance to the main sights
Cons: The neighbourhood is not the best but we had no problems
We are a family of four and the space was adequate. Our children liked having separate beds. Breakfast was good. The room was quiet when the windows were closed.

Not much to eat around, unless you want old pizzaPosted Jul 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel itself was okay. It appeared clean, other than the pizza we found in the microwave we are guessing was left from the previous guests, which makes me question how clean the place really was. I guess apartment style means we don't get daily cleaning service nor new towels? Being new to travel in Central Europe, I am not sure what I should have expected. We were looking for room for three, and that is what we got. Two shared the double bed in the bedroom and one slept on the very lumpy pull out sofabed with springs sticking in her back all night. There was a tram stop right in front of the hotel and the major train station was just down the street, but finding places to eat within walking distance was quite difficult. We did not want to pay the 11€ per person for breakfast so when we asked about breakfast places nearby, we got no help from the front desk. She was not aware of any. Also, they did provide parking for our rental car which was nice, but it was 17€ per night.

Very compfy!Posted May 9, 2013
Pros: The bed. Very spacious room. Great shower.
Cons: Can't leave the window open because of the noise from the street. Couldn't hear a thing when you close the window.
Location: Bit of a dodgy area with strip clubs nearby but all ok hotel. We walked to hotel from the station. 15 min walk and was easy to find on google maps.
Hotel was great after a restless night train. Even checked in early to a room and got a few hours sleep in a very comfortable bed.

Great time, good location, and super cleanPosted Apr 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
I rented 2 rooms for my friends and me to stay from 4/21-4/26. Everything was great. All rooms will sleep 3 comfortably, 2 twin beds and a pull out, which was very comfortable. Staff friendly, rooms clean, great location. There was strip bars down the street, but not to close to hotel, we always walked the other side streets when going home, and there was never a problem on ether street, Would highly recommend. Breakfast was better then average, and free to all guests
