Great position, good comfy self catering hotel.Posted Aug 2, 2013
Pros: Great walking city, especially riverside in the summer evenings.
Quite a good Hotel for the price. Not so easy to find as my Expedia printout didn't have the street no. on it. Only a hundred metres down the street (on the right)from the Andel tram stop.Look for archway with "Hells Bells" bar sign. Good comfy bed in large room with useful kitchenette. close to restaurants bars transport shopping and river. Easy to get to from airport via No.100 bus and B line metro. Fairly noisy at night, with windows open and quite noisy in the mornings as the rubbish bins get wheeled out.

If you love Smichov and Andel stay here. Very close to Smichovsky Radnicni Sklipek. My favourite Prague restaurant.

Would I stay again? NOT A SNOWBALL IN HELLS CHANCEPosted Dec 30, 2012
Pros: Location, certainly 5*
Cons: Perpetually having to ask for items that should have been provided. More information on late night entry would have been helpful.
Location: Fantastic location, Bars, Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Super Markets only minutes walk away as is the transport system.
No sign for Na Belidle Apart-Hotel, entrance through a tunnel like alley way. Big iron gates locked at night, guests must ring bell for attendant to open gates at night (but no one informs you of this). Motion detector lighting, keep moving or lights go out leaving you in total darkness! Had booked a smoking room, sign on wall *NO SMOKING* after an argument, sign was taken down and an ashtray provided! Second night had to wait almost 20 minutes for attendant and the fourth night Bell wasn’t working, tried to phone reception no answer, I had to resort to rattling gates to get a response. Left waiting 37 minutes in freezing cold. Room quite large, bed linen clean although worn, room cleaned once on first day, 5 day stay no clean towels, Litter bins not emptied! SAT-TV needed to be reset and then no English speaking channels. Huge storage space in kitchen but had to ask for cutlery, pots and pans and had to wait till next day *NO MICROWAVE*! Website now denotes must request Microwave. NO WIFI, suggested I visit KFC for free WIFI!! Thin room walls, could here guests in neighbouring rooms, tilled floors very noisy when guests coming in and out, especially laddies wearing high heels. No phone in room and intercom didn’t work either. Staff helpful? Not really ! Breakfast served in a grubby cafe 200 meters away on main street The only plus, fantastic location, Trams, busses and Metro within minutes walking distance. An abundance of shops, cafe's, restaurants and bars nearby.

Very good quality for pricePosted Dec 20, 2012 on Hotels.com
Very well located, very convenient, very nice staff. Rooms are quite spacious. Only wired internet and if you choose a smoking room it may not be taken into account but overall, very little to complain about. We stayed there for 5 days and it felt almost like living in a studio!

An hotel not an apartment.Posted Nov 6, 2012 on Hotels.com
This building is called an Aparthotel. I see the hotel, I don't see the apartment in it. The rooms are about the size of a hotel room, only the tiny kitchen, (without a microwave) is the only difference, in most, but not all hotel rooms. You get very few towels, (about the size of hand towels). The rooms are clean and the building is near several restaurants and stores. The mall is very close.

Not an ApartmentPosted Nov 5, 2012 on Hotels.com
This is a hotel, not an apartment. Very tiny kitchen, the type you see in hotels in the US, but without even a microwave. You get two tiny towels and have to pick up the remotes from the front desk. While they give you a key to your room, you have to be buzzed in the front gate and door.

Came back to the hotel...Posted Oct 30, 2012 on Hotels.com
This is more of a hotel then it is a apartment, (with a small kitchen without a microwave). Some of the staff were friendly, (esp. the male college student from Clara Vary, CZ was especially nice and great to answer questions).

It is a good priced mix of a hotel and an apartment. They do not have wireless Internet, (you have to use a cable). The building is close to several small stores, restaurants, pubs and a mall.

A mix between a true apartment & a hotel.Posted Oct 30, 2012 on Hotels.com
I stayed here several days. It is a mix between an apartment rental and a hotel room. The size of the room itself is more of an hotel room, along with the daily cleaning. The "kitchen" is very small and doesn't have a microwave. There are maybe two towels per day, (of the really small variety). There is also the inconvenience of not having a key to the front door or gate at night and having to ring the front desk. Some of the the staff I dealt with, (especially the male college student) were great and extremely helpful. There are several small stores, restaurants and pubs nearby. A large mall is also close.

Good value for money + great locationPosted Oct 28, 2012
Cons: the floor in our room didn't seem to be cleaned at all...
The best think about this accommodation is its location - so convenient for transport as the trams and underground station is just few meters distant. The hotel is off the main street in courtyard so it isn't noisy. It is a nice walk across the river towards the historical part of the city. There is a huge shopping mall and a supermarket where to shop for food and also there are some restaurants and bars with good prices - not like the ones in the centre which are expensive and only for tourists.
