Excellent!

Posted May 29, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, amenities, friendliness, fully stocked kitchen
Location: Just steps away from Old Town Square. Once as we left, the tower clock started chiming 5:00. We entered the square with the last strike of the clock.
The owner, Kasimir, was so helpful, scheduling a car to pick us up at the airport, helping with directions and suggestions. Our room had 8 double beds! Great for our family. I would definitely stay here again.

Two Adults Two Children - Great Place

Posted Dec 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place was amazing. We would rate it one of our top trips ever. The apartment is in a perfect location. The owner is by far one of the nicest people in the world. He made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The apartment was perfect for our two little children. The location was easy and quick to get to when the children needed to nap. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Prague.

Perfect Spacious City Centre Apartments

Posted Jun 11, 2013
Pros: Spacious, Clean, Well-Run, City Centre Location
Location: Right next to the Prague Old Town Square with lots of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep!
We booked 2 apartments for 9 of us at Tynska 7. The rooms spacious, clean and tidy with wifi, laptops and clean towels. They were also situated right next to the old town square so we literally had, restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. And although we booked the apartments through Expedia, we actually dealt with the owner (Kresimir) directly who was really friendly and helpful. He kept up us to date on the run up to to out trip, he provided us with transfers from the airport and was really helpful upon arrival, even taking the time to guide us to the best exchange booth and give us some useful information about Prague. Overall, our stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visitng Prague (especially large groups like ourselves) as the apartments are really spacious and work out to be very reasonable when split over a larger group. Many thanks again to Kresimir for all his help. The Waterfall Stag Group (June 2013).

Pretty Prague with a bonus

Posted Dec 8, 2012
Pros: location, spaciouness, security and price.
Cons: n/a
Location: Brilliantly situated one street back from old town square
Situated in the old town area it is quite a walk from the train station.. use a taxi..approx 20 euros..cobblestones and rolling suitcases do not work too well together. Location is superb,. 2nd floor.. sorry no lifts.. but amiable host meets, greets and carries luggage. Access is via 3 X locked (and relock) doors.. security is wonderful. Appartment is fully contained except for washing machine but one works around that. Host supplies terrific tourist info and even lends a local mobile and sim card /laptop for local calls/ free internet if needed. Can walk to many of Prague's best locations safely and know that you are returning to this superb appartment.

A stay in Prague

Posted Sep 2, 2012 on Hotels.com
I loved my stay in this place. This is an actual apartment with a full kitchen refrigerator, 4 large queen size beds, television, computer with WIFI, all for our use. This is located right in the heart of old town Prague. Everything is within walking distance. The price at 90 Euros a night was super affordable. I will return here and stay in this prime location.

Old Town or bust

Posted Sep 6, 2011 on Hotels.com
My family (5 people) and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of August 2011. Clean, well equipped, huge apartment (30m long). It actually can entertain 16 people in 8 double beds but the drawback is that to get to the bathroom and toilet a guest must walk through the other bedooms as all rooms are in-line. Not a problem for families - large stag do's etc but probably not for mixed couples. Just 50m from Old Town Square you could not be more central than this and due to the fact the apartment is in an enclosed courtyard there's very little noise. The owner, Kresimir, is excellent, speaks perfect English and is a very good host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
