A Great HotelPosted Oct 28, 2014
Cons: Some of the bedrooms are ready for a freshen up.
I couldn't have picked a better hotel for our Prague visit. We were so close to everything. Less than 5 mins from Wenceslas Sq another 2or3 mins from the Main Sq. From there you have easy access to all the attractions. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff are extremely helpful. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we did have a light meal in the bar area which was excellent. We also went to the opera and had the hotel arrange transport to and from the theatre just perfect. I would so recommend this hotel to all our family and friends.

A great return visit after 14 yearsPosted Oct 28, 2014
Pros: location, breakfast, kindness of the staff, comfort of the rooms and beds, concierge service
Location: easy walk to everywhere- Old Town Square and walking tours, Wencelas Square,
We chose the Art Nouveau Place in Prague, after staying there 14 years ago. A long time had passed; who could imagine if any hotel could live up to such wonderful memories? It certainly did! Everything was wonderful: the location, the elegant and large room, the super-comfortable bed, the spotless bathroom, the marvelous breakfast and attentive service by all the staff (check-in, baggage storage, concierge Mirka (and another whose name I am sorry I did not get), breakfast staff, and cleaning personnel)). Our room was upgraded to a junior suite, and was much appreciated; I look forward to staying at the Art Nouveau Palace again in the future!

Want to go back!!Posted Oct 26, 2014
Pros: Location,staff,room...would go back!!
Cons: Deep shower/tub ,a problem for physically comprimised
Location: Easy to use public transportation, visit castle, bridge, beer gardens, old town center, restaurants ,chamber music concerts..had a great time
Had a great time in Prague, hotel was terrific, great location, room was large and comfortable. One concern...bathtub shower combo was deep and slippery to get in and out and tub mat was very slippery, cannot imagine how an elderly or physically compromised individual could get in and out ,this has to be a real consideration .Not sure if all baths are like this but one must be aware that this must be a consideration.Clean, quiet and great staff !!

Lovely hotel in the Center of Prague.Posted Oct 12, 2014
Cons: Nothing stands out. I liked it the way it was.
Location: Central to the Castle, the Old City Square, restaurants etc. and main shopping areas.
As you can see I loved this hotel! I spent hours on the computer looking for a hotel in Prague and for me I believe I found it, taking into consideration location, quality, comfort and convenience. I wanted something different with character not a large chain hotel that looks the same all over the world. Prague is such a historical special city and I wanted something representative. On the second day we asked to upgrade one of the rooms and the staff was more than accommodating adding special extras when they found out my daughter was getting married the next day. We were 6 people, 4 rooms, 3 nights and everyone was happy. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

The cent Art Nouveau Palace Hotel - Superb!Posted Oct 10, 2014
Cons: We could not suggest any improvement.
Location: The location is so central for transport, shopping, sightseeing and generally exploring every part of the wonderful city of Prague.
From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the excellent staff, the superb decor, central location and the best breakfast we have had in any hotel. Our room was comfortable, quiet and had everything we could possibly have needed. We were there for four nights and would have loved to have stayed longer. We will be back!

Central to everywherePosted Sep 11, 2014
My stay at this beautiful hotel was fabulous. The only thing i could fault was breakfast. I went down for my first breakfast and found the scrambled eggs sloppy and no taste no beans tomatoes. The juice glasses were just out of dish washer so were red hot. Basically not my taste so did not go for breakfast again. But the food in cafe is wonderful.

Not really a 5 star hotel but good breakfastPosted Sep 2, 2014
parking was 30€/ day but in very shady looking garage. could not get car out because was blocked in by other cars, had to wait a long time for someone to drive it out of the way. rooms are very small, and small windows, no gym/ pool facilities at hotel (only sauna). very good buffet breakfast with lots of variety.
