Location: very well located. 2 blocks away from restaurants & main attractions. 5 min walk from train Station.
We arrived very early to Prague and went to the hotel just to drop our luggage. instead we greatly had an early check in. We could rest a couple of hours before enjoying the city. Thanks so much!

Accessible hotel in Prague

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Warm reception, helpful staff, good location.
Cons: It was a bit noisy in the morning - loud chatter and footsteps of the staff walking past the room
Location: Close to the Municipal House, Wenceslas Square and pedestrianised shopping area
As a wheelchair user I was very pleased with the accessibility of the hotel. There was plenty of space in the bedroom and a large, uncluttered luxury bathroom with large accessible basin, roll-in shower area and plenty of safety handles.

Truly a great location to all places of interest.

Pros: We liked the location, the d├ęcor, the friendliest of staff. Michaela and David were very helpful.
Cons: Put some draino in the sinks or some Prague cleaner to clean out the drains.
Location: Can visit all most historical sites by walking.
Hotel was fabulous! Piano player excellent and the food in Gourmet Club was the best we had all over Prague. The only discomfort we had was in the bathroom where the sink did not drain adequately and was annoying.

Our second stay at this fabulous hotel. It's in the middle of everything you must see and do, Close to the Old Town, Wenceslas Square, Main Train Station, and metro stations. Safe area for walking at night. Lots of restaurants close. Buffet breakfast is varied and plentiful. Staff is attentive and courteous,. You'll feel like you're staying in a palace and treated like royalty here!

It was very good, the Hotel close to the old city, just walking and enjoy the putrid tic places. It was a a pain due feeling to be unsafe in the city

Nice comfortable hotel, well situated

Posted May 13, 2014
Pros: Situation, comfort, decor, friendliness of staff, and breakfast!
Cons: Bottles of water in the room were expensive to buy (there's a little mini-market almost next door so we bought our own).
Location: Easy walking distance of both Wenceslas Square and the Old Town Square
Lovely hotel, ideally situated down a quiet street about 50-100yds from Wenceslas Square, so nice and close to all the main attractions in the main city areas but without the noise that can often go with the busy areas. My friend and I had a twin room with very good size beds (probably 3'6" at a guess) in a decent size room - not enormous but more spacious than most city centre hotels we've experienced before. The hotel decor is very attractive, with a spacious lobby area and plenty of comfortable seating. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice of both hot and cold food. We ate once in the main restaurant (on our first night) - not cheap but not outrageously expensive either and good quality food (although it was the most expensive meal we had during our 5 days in Prague). There was an excellent pianist playing too which was an added bonus and provided a very relaxing way to start our holiday.

Old City center placed hotel

Posted May 6, 2014
Pros: Position on the map. Ambiance.
Cons: Bathroom. Air condition device (not working).
Location: Visiting Old Town. Good burgers / sushi near by in Kobe.
Good. Very well placed in the heart of the Old Town of Prague. Nice staff. Nice conditions and clean. But... If you order a breakfast into room do not expect great quality of bread:(
