“Good hotel”

It is a good hotel, you can go walking to the center of the city (15 minutes). It is a subway sation near of the hotel ( 5 minutes walking). The service is good and the room too.

“Nice hotel in good location”

The hotel is very nice and everything looks new. The room was very big. The Wi-Fi was very weak and was very difficult to work with. I was also was expecting to get the password as I check-in and not when I come to check about the internet service. The breakfast was the same all days we stay at the hotel and was poor.

“Liked the massage chair at the lobby”

It is a classic best western hotel. Not the best but a reasonable one. There is massage chair at the lobby and it is great once you come back tired after all the walking in the city.

“Just so impressed - what a wonderful experience”

All hours of the day the staff were polite, helpful and amzing. The hotel bedrooms and public places( toilets. dining room etc were sparkling clean

Area recommendations

The neighbourhood where we stayed - close to all interesting places. We never took any transport but walked to the old and new cities of Prague. Next to the hotel wais a famous brewery and restaurant.

“bad reception,good facilities for its price”

the reception were a bit rude,two of the four people we saw wasnt nice and were looking us really strange and without smiling.not satisfied in contrary with the room,the daily cleaness,or the breakfast.

“Good location, nice hotel at a reasonable price”

The Best Western Pav is well located, within walking distance from the Old Town. The cost was very reasonable for the location and quality of the room. Our room was nicely furnished and large, although the TV was small. The breakfast buffet was great and included in the room. We would definitely stay there again.
