Very well located Hotel with a super friendly and helpful staff. Our room however was exceedingly tiny, but I guess that's what you get for being located at the foot of the Charles bridge.

The staff was so nice and helpful. I left something in my room after checkout. I came back 3 hours later, and they found it. Great hotel, and it's only 100 meters from Charles' Bridge. The breakfast was warm and very yummy. The room was clean.

Our "standard" room was a little small, but had all necessary amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was one of the best on our trip, and the hotel is perfectly situated near the Charles Bridge.

“Great Location”

This hotel is in a great location at the end of Charles Bridge on the Mala Strana side. The personnel was helpful and friendly. We had issues with the hot water one morning but by the late afternoon it had been fixed. The breakfast was quite good and was included in the price as well as cable internet. I would stay again at this hotel and would recommend it.

This was a very nice location to see all the sites! The room does not have AC, so the summer months can be a little hot, but there was a little fan and a nice breeze from the open windows. The staff was helpful, and there are many local little places to eat for a bargin price within a block of the hotel. Also, Charles Bridge is right next to the hotel as well. Overall, we would go back and stay here.

“A Pleasing Experience”

This hotel has an excellent location: right next to the Charles bridge in a quiet surrounding area. You have to walk to this hotel either over the bridge or from a nearby subway station which sometimes can be enconvinient. That's why this area is quiet - no car or tram traffic around. In addition, you can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding buildings which are part of the Old Prague. The cleanliness was perfect as well the service. The included breakfast was modest - nothing to mention.The room, where I stayed, was large with good looking furniture and clean. The elevator in the building was running only to the 3rd floor - you have to walk up to the 4th floor. There are many small cafes around the hotel with reasonable pricing. Overall, a good and relatively inexpensive hotel in the excellent location.
