Beautiful hotel with old world ambiance. Great location close the metro, the old town and the opera house. Gorgeous indoor pool.

Actually I would expect more from "luxury" hotel nevertheless the hotel is just great. The location is perfect within minutes walk from Wenceslas Square, main train station and subway. The hotel building is renovated historical building and it is just spectacular. The room itself was small but very modern with all little things included which made the stay comfortable and delightful. It very clean and new, The towels where exchanged sometimes more than twice a day!!! The staff very friendly and english speaking with desire to assist on any issue.

Hotel in excellent condition. Central location aross from train station and 2 min walk to Vaslavske namesti. Hotel night manager (Ahmed) was excellent arranged for transportation, ave us great advice.

Majestic hotel facade, a good location, the cheapest rooms in the annexe in the back with windows facing the wall.

“disappointing experience”

rooms are very small they dont have wifi reception, however we paid for the internet. Staff friendly but they forgot to call us back. Rooms and building deteriorating fast would need a renovation... For sure not a 5 star hotel... maybe 4...
