Checked in early (noon), got a couple of free rounds of drinks while waiting for our room. Only waited for about an hour, plus we were shown two rooms and got to choose which one we wanted. We stayed in the basic room and it was great. The entire staff was very nice including the front desk, concierge, bartenders and maids (everyone I interacted with really). Didn't get breakfast with the rate but they had two options available, one was about 25 euro/person and one was 10 euro/person, however we preferred going and eating outside. Heated floors in the bathroom were very nice.

Great! But location neither too far nor too close to the main attractions - - need to use tram to get to the key places
Tip: Take executive rooms on top floor. Nice balconies with excellent skyline view of some of the key monuments. Lower rooms restricted windows.
