The lady is very nice to accommodate our request and we are lucky to be place in one of their new apartment. It is between Charles bridge and St. Nicolas and extremely convenient yet it is very quiet and tucked away from the busy street. I will stay there if I ever visit Prague again.

Great location and beautiful apartmentPosted Aug 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
Myself and another female friend stayed at a great older, but internally modernised, apartment that was in a brilliant location only about 100m (upwards and across) from the castle. Lovely large apartment with vaulting and great security (2 doors with locks inside the building and an electronic pad to open the main door). Very nice bathroom as well. Helpful staff member looked after our bags when we arrived earlier than check in time and she suggested some places for dinner. The apartment would be excellent for a couple but the staff had made up both the double bed and sofa bed before we turned up. All in all a lovely old apartment in a great position for a great price. We would highly recommend it.

Perfect location in PraguePosted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
This far exceeded our expectations! The building was built in the 1490's and was at the base of the steps to Prague Castle! The beautifully furnished apartment was very comfortable and clean. The only hard part was the long walk uphill dragging our heavy suitcases, but it was well worth it once we got there. We will definitely be back!

Noisy neighborPosted Jun 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was a beautiful apartment located in the old part of the city. The check-in procedure is slow as the manager has to meet you at the office and then travel (by car or walking) to the location. There was no lift or elevator in the apartment building. The washing machine in the room was broken as it would not spin the clothes. Below the window was a beer garden that was extremely noisy until the early morning. It might be quieter in the winter without the use of their outdoor seating. At the closest metro, there was no escalator.

Huge apartmentPosted Apr 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great apartment with good views. Just a five min walk from Charles Bridge. Friendly service. Only issue was that there was no one permenantly on reception and we had to call for them to come. No great issue though.

Located in hearth of Prague old cityPosted Apr 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were 6 person(2 family) and apartment was very good equipped for us , clean and located in nice place, near to the bridge and other old city sight seeing. At arrival our first apartment's water pipes had problem and she (the owner) relocated us to another nice apartment so we were very satisfied with the quality of services. Just people should consider two things , first as it's located in older part of city so apartments are old (not inside) so those two apartments which we saw were in 2nd or 3rd floor without elevator, second the car parking place would be problem if you travel with your own car, in spite of description in Hotels.com website there is no free parking in apartment and after owner's help we found one free place 10 min walk from the apartment after 1 hour waiting for a car to leave the place. So in overall, we were satisfied with the apartment and recommend it to the others.

Really Close to Charles BridgePosted Feb 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
I really enjoyed the hotel. Plenty of room, the Bridge was only 3 minute walk from the hotel, lots of good restaurants around and the hotel staff were really friendly. The only weird thing was there was no soap provided to take a shower. And, the WiFi didn't work.

The photos on the internet are not what you get. Upon arrival they tried to charge us extra for the room that we actually booked. 2 bedrooms is 1 bedroom and a lounge, so if you want 2 bedrooms you must book 3 bedrooms. We would have paid the extra but the room was on the top floor with no elevator for luggage and was very noisy. The room that we stayed in was just below ground level next door to the office and was mouldy and disgusting. The roof was leaking, the windows did not shut properly, spiders in the curtains, broken flooring and smelt from the bins outside our door. They also turn the internet off at night when they leave the office which we found very annoying. The location of the apartment is fantastic, but that is the only good thing I have to say. I am sorry that we stayed in this hotel, it really spoilt our time in Prague. Pay the extra and stay somewhere really nice.
