Excellent hotel in a good location

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Clean and modern facilities, in a good location with friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: I can't think of anything, it's exactly what I want when I stop at a hotel.
Location: Very conveniently located, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit. Close to all major sights the city had to offer!
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was modern and clean with free wifi included into the bargain. Breakfast was also very good, with an extensive selection to cater for most tastes. Great location too, everywhere we wanted to visit was within walking distance! If I were to return to Prague, I would definitely use this hotel again.

Close to Old Town Square - 10 minutes walk.

Pros: Superb buffet breakfast.
Location: On the outskirts of the Old Town so close to all the major attractions and restaurants.
Great three days in Prague. Hotel was ideally situated. Helpful staff and clean modern rooms. Very quiet at night as it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

Two days in Prague

Posted Mar 28, 2014
When I got there, they moved me to their adjacent property "The Grandior" which is brand new. The rooms were very nice, and the breakfast buffet was terrific.

Made welcome in a comfortable hotel in a fantastic

Posted Mar 25, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, good facilities, nice room
Cons: Not a lot
Location: Within reasonable distance of old town, shops and facilities. Only a short transfer from airport
Made welcome by friendly, multilingual receptionists. Baggage room well managed. Comfortable clean room with complimentary toiletries. Tranquil and restful. Very good value buffet breakfast in clean and well managed dining room. Good quantity of warm and cold food, fruit, cereals and drinks. Short walk from hotel to the old town area and reasonably close to the fashion shops and only a little further to the lesser town and the castle area. Prague is an alluring city with beautiful buildings, many and varied eating places. A beautiful city in the sunshine and under lights. Will definately go back both to the hotel and to prague

Nice hotel close to main bus station

Posted Mar 23, 2014
Hotel is just a 2 minute walk from the main bus station and metro station Florenc in Prague. It is also not too far from Vaclavske namesti which is about 15 minute walk or two metro stops. Rooms are not the most spacious but kept clean and to a decent standard with basic facilities like tea/ coffee, electric kettle and ironing equipment provided. Decent wifi connection. Breakfast buffet is very good.

Very nice hotel.

Inside the hotel is very modern and extremely clean. The staff are polite and helpfull. Only downside is no bar as such and the area looks a bit grim but safe. Breakfast was fab. Toiletries are large not like your usual hotel. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel very near the center of OldTown Prague.

Posted Mar 22, 2014
Location: Old Town location. Charles bridge, Astronomical Clock. Close to the Paladeum Mall close to the main bus station.
When I went to check in to the Designhotel Elephant Prague I was informed that I would instead be staying in their sister hotel which is attached to the same "complex" if you will. It was the Hotel Grandior Prague. Everything was top notch. The room was ready early and they allowed an early check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, maps, and arranging a taxi. I believe this hotel was an upgrade of sorts. I know it is usually more expensive than Elephant but of course I was only charged the original quoted rate. They had great long weekend hours for breakfast too. I would definitely choose this hotel to stay in future.

Nice hotel, good location

It's a beautiful hotel newly renovated, very helpful and pleasant staff at the desk at all times, plus the hotel is located close to most of the places tourist wants to visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Prague.
