Check in took forever but once I got to my room, it was absolute comfort. Loved the hotel. Will come back the next time I'm in Czech Republic.

"Great option for staying outside the inner city"
This hotel is in excellent condition. Its comfortable, quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of inner Prague. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing about the room was the shower was a little on the small side. A small inconvenience given the price of the hotel. The breakfast was really good and hearty. Scrambled eggs and the standard european fare - breads, cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, fruits, etc. The restaurant was nice as well. Warning - there is a nice walk to the metro station. Its not that bad, really. But for people that aren't prepared for a nice walk, be forewarned. I'd say its a 15-20 minute walk uphill going to the station. You can catch a bus a little closer but that's still a decent walk. The hotel receptionist(s) all spoke good English and were friendly. The only person that wasn't very friendly was the lady that kept the breakfast area stocked. If you've never been to Prague, please be sure to keep plenty of pocket change for the toilets and the metro. For some reason, the Metro only accepts coins. You can get a 24 hour ticket for about 110 kr. Also, if you drive or have a rental car, parking is plentiful and free at the hotel!

"Great for Shopping"
The apartment is in a great spot. Perfect for a family to shop and see the sites. The train station is 2 minutes away. The apartment had everything you need and was a good size. Plenty of room for a family of 5. It was clean and had a great view. There was plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The parking the hotel offers was a little expensive but worth it if you drove a vehicle. WARNING. Do not park your vehicle in the blue lined parking spots outside of the apartment. Our vehicle was towed while we were checking into the apartment. The police were very unfriendly and would not talk to us at all. We had to get help from a nice gentleman at the Vodaphone store find out where our vehicle was towed to. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone that stays in Prague. Great Location and good price.

"nice, spacious and basic"
a good basic and clean hotel, with helpful and cheerful staff. the noise from other guests was not that welcome and the lack of air conditioning and working satellite tv (i.e. bbc world) was disappointing. but we would stay there again.

The photos on the internet are not what you get. Upon arrival they tried to charge us extra for the room that we actually booked. 2 bedrooms is 1 bedroom and a lounge, so if you want 2 bedrooms you must book 3 bedrooms. We would have paid the extra but the room was on the top floor with no elevator for luggage and was very noisy. The room that we stayed in was just below ground level next door to the office and was mouldy and disgusting. The roof was leaking, the windows did not shut properly, spiders in the curtains, broken flooring and smelt from the bins outside our door. They also turn the internet off at night when they leave the office which we found very annoying. The location of the apartment is fantastic, but that is the only good thing I have to say. I am sorry that we stayed in this hotel, it really spoilt our time in Prague. Pay the extra and stay somewhere really nice.

"Highly recommended place to stay in Prague"
What a delightful place to stay! Clean and spacious apartment and I was upgraded to the generously sized New York suite on arrival. Very accommodating staff and helpful. Quiet street but close to the Old Square. Some of the other suites are enormous and charming with ancient beams and would suit a family or two couples. Would love to return.

"Excellent Hotel - would return here"
We went primarily for the Christmas Markets, but also enjoyed a typical Czech evening and a lunch cruise. Transport to and from the airport was well organised (although we were picked up at 9.15am for a 1.00pm flight). We booked a typical Czech evening and were picked up and taken back to the hotel which was very good. It was a very good evening and the meal and unlimited wine/beer/soft drinks couldn't be faulted. The lunch cruise was also good but would have been better with a commentary. A hot and cold buffet was served.

"A Renaissance in the making."
Walk into the lobby and be suprised at a renaissance happing to this delightful hotel in one of the quitest yet most convenient spots in Prague. Our recently refurbished room was quite, comfortable with plenty of room and a good sized bathroom with jacuzie. The crowning glory though is the STAFF... they are very friendly extreemly friendly, helpful and their spring into action at the mere hint of a request without the usual sales angle one gets from the big hotels is highly commendable and refreshing to say the least. As an example of their 100% committment to customer service...Lufthansa lost our bagagge (with no appology after 3 days of no assistance and inconvenience) in Munich when transiting from Moscow, the excellent intense chasing up several times a day by Olga and Kesinia whilst we fulfilled day long committments elsewhere culminated in our baggage eventualy arriving at the hotel. Their helpfulness, valuable and time saving suggestions of what/where /when to avoid and information on any subject related to beautiful Prague and the Czech Republic, booking expertise and honest and courteous manner (smilling at all times) was matched by the wonderful ladies of the breakfast room. The staff really do make this hotel a happy, relaxed and charming place to stay. Its not like the big chains, that tend to be impersonal, and sameness "been their done that", its more like "a good old fashion family style" hotel that makes one feel at home whilst on holiday, well done ladies!!!
