Wonderful hotel in a wonderful city.Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Service provided by all staff was second to none. All facilities excellent.
Cons: Hard to improve on its current service.
Location: Central location, easy walking to all the tourist spots. Airport shuttle access very close. Markets and shopping centre also very close by.
Prague is a beautiful city. Hilton Old Town is a lovely hotel and an easy walk to all the tourist spots. I had no hesitation in staying here again after staying some years ago. Have recommended it to others who have booked. Restaurant meal and breakfast second to none. They are prepared for special dietary needs too. Some hotels and restaurants tend to ignore this without realising how important it is for the guest(s). However, Europe in general needs to do some work on catering for other than vegietarian dietary needs. Staff at the Hilton Old Town were extremely helpful in all facets of our stay without being over-bearing and this was appreciated.

Lovely hotel, good locationPosted Jul 16, 2014
Arrived very early after a morning flight, and every effort was made to allow us to check In early. It was also picked up by staff on check in that it was my birthday and Complimentary prosecco was delivered to our room. Fantastic customer service.

No free wifi in rooms so folks hangout in lobby for it. Good location to everything except palace which is a long walk. Rooms are nice and spacious.

Chose a local hotel in PraguePosted May 24, 2014
The hotel is ok. Staff is mostly not so nice. Breakfast & internet not included. Internet is very slow. You can find tons of better non big brand name hotels in Prague for the same or better price, with a higher level if service.

Convenient Location with great servicePosted Apr 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Cannot say enough how helpful and courteous the staff at the hotel is. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from the old town square and is near by to the train station.
