Friendly Front Desk - Maybe Consider New Cleaners
I stayed one night here for an early morning medical appointment. I'm glad it was only one night. When I arrived I was given the key to my room. I went to my room and the door was open. It became quite clear the room had not been cleaned and the only chair was missing from the room. I went back to the front desk and on my way I saw in another room the cleaning ladies were sitting back, relaxing and chatting away in one of the rooms. I smelled cigarette smoke. Were they smoking? Maybe it was a guest. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful however and gave me a different room. The room was on the surface clean but when I looked deeper the walls had things on them that should have been wiped clean, the desk drawer was filled with hairs and garbage, the phone was caked with sticky dirt. Then the top sheet over a mattress topper was the only sheet changed and the other sheet covering the mattress was stained with dust and grime collecting in it. Then I looked in the bed and there were...pubic hairs. Yikes. Not just one but lots. Also the sheets had holes in them. I was worried about bedbugs. This hotel is adequate for what it is and conveniently located for my needs, but they really need to get new cleaners who take their job seriously.

got a quite and clean room on the first floor, the staff is very friendly breakfast was ok, 5 min walk to the metro station, totally worth the spend

they transfer me to other hotel !!!!
when i just arrive to the hotel they informed me that they are fully booked ?? and then they send me to other 1 star hotel ????? and really that diss apointed and not acceptable at all

A bit far from the centre
The reception was good, the room was clean, breakfast had good options, it is a bit far from the centre and the parking was a bit expensive.

Das Hotel liegt unweit der Metrostation Skalka und dem Bahnhof Záhradní město. Es ist gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist ok, das Bad komplett neu. Alles sehr sauber. Ein leckeres kontinentales Frühstück gibt es außerdem. Auch gibt es hier eine Pizzeria, welche eigentlich bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Leider wurden wir schon kurz nach 21:00 Uhr nicht mehr eingelassen und gesagt es wäre bereits geschlossen. Ansonsten alles so weit gut und für einen Städtetripp nach Prag empfehlenswert.

das Frühstück ist ausreichend für ein 3 Sterne Hotel,Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb (Hotel hat nur 2 stockwerke) wird seit Monaten nicht repariert,.teilweise Lampen im treppenhaus defekt.Einzelzimmer sind zu klein und teilweise ohne nachttischlampe.keine steckdosen im Zimmer.die man erreichen kann außer man kriecht wie ein Hund

The hotel is nice and kinda Dark maybe because of the season. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You have 5 minutes to walk to the tram or metro. But, they need to clean the room better, especially the rug, it looks like they do not clean it properly or constantly. But out of that it's a very nice place. Breakfast was good, they have variety except for fruit.

Es ist so wahnsinnig dreckig dort! Ich verstehe die anderen Rezessionen nicht. Auf dem Mülleimer im Zimmer klebte irgendeine eklige Substanz, auf der Klobrille waren noch urintropfen, Haare vom Gast zuvor auf dem Bett und der Boden wurde auch nicht gesaugt. Es hat gestunken und die Lage ist schrecklich. Überall Drogenabhängige vor dem Hotel

Hôtel calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Buffet du petit dej correct même si personnel peu jovial. Chambre spacieuse mais peu de savons et papier toilettes, presque prévoir les siens. Personnel de l’accueil très gentille et au service.

Séjour vraiment très agréable.
L'hôtel est facile d'accès et l'enregistrement très simple. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. La chambre dans son ensemble est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est abondant et très bon. Un service de pizza est disponible sur place. Pour se rendre au centre ville de Prague, rien de plus simple, le métro est situé à 500 mètres de l'établissement et la ligne est directe vers les principaux lieux touristique. Comptez environ 25 minutes pour le trajet global.

Das Hotel Astra liegt fußläufig etwa 10 min von der Metrostation (grüne Linie) Skalka und 5 min vom Bahnhof Zahradní město entfernt. Von hier ist man mit der S-Bahn in etwa 10 min am Prager Hauptbahnhof und umgekehrt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in nur 50 min vom Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohngebiet. Darin befindet sich auch eine Pizzeria wo man auch sein gepflegtes Bier oder Wein trinken kann. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sauber. Das Frühstück ist kontinental aber ausreichend. Es gibt eine leckere Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen.

Das Hotel ist eine einfache und preiswerte Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles war funktional und recht sauber. Auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung für den günstigen Preis. Unten im Hotel ist eine Pizzeria untergebracht. Es gibt in der Nähe eine U-Bahn Station. Parken durften wir kostenfrei direkt vor dem Hotel.

Satisfying for Short Stays
Furnitures are a bit old fashioned but the rooms were clean enough. Hot water may be a bit hotter in Bathroom. Room service was very satisfying and the Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was enough rich, and tasty. Location of the room was wonderful. Only 7 stops to city center. I would recommend this hotel when you visit Prag for touristic purposes.

Het hotel is gemakkelijk te vinden. Helaas was er bij aankomst op de hotelkamer een vies luchtje die in de kamer hing. De bedden liggen ok als je 1 nachtje zou blijven maar niet voor meerderde nachten aan te raden. Het personeel is wel vriendelijk . Ontbijt is qua assortiment ok, alles word bijgevuld behalve het brood.
