“very satisfied”

my husband and I stayed here for a three night break and were very satisfied with the hotel. Although on the outskirts of the city there is a tram stop outside the hotel and the public transport in Prague is excellent, so we had no problems in getting out and about. The hotel staff were very friendly, spoke good english and were helpful. Our room was on the ninth floor and was spacious and clean and also had a mini bar. The only thing I would say against the room bearing in mind how high up we were, is that the large windows opened all the way in, with no restrictors on them so it would be extremely dangerous for children as there was no balcony on our window to stop a fall. The breakfasts were excellent buffet style where you help yourself, lots to choose from including eggs bacon, beans, cheeses, cooked meats, fruits, yoghurts, bread,cakes etc. Breakfast was served 6.30-10.00 and we thought it was very good. We didn't use the restaurant at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

“Quality Hotel”

Hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpfull. The walk to the nearest underground stop was the only grievance, other than that it was a quality hotel.

Very Good Hotel, Clean, Excellent View from the Panoramic Windows. Good Location (Strasnicka Metro Station 5 Mins Away) Rooms were clean and the maid made up the room everyday. David the Barman was extremely friendly and helpful on local information!

fully booked, yet front desk staff helpful!! wanted to stay longer. great experience. close to metro + tramstop @ entrance!!! Breakfast was best in three hotels stayed in this trip. great value for money. will stay here anytime again, it is just what you need when visiting Prague!

“For the love of Pete... arrive early”

The Quality Hotel in Prague is an excellent option for those on a limited budget. The Buffet Breakfast was varied and well stocked (so fill your boots, you'll be out most of the day). The beds were a little hard and the only channel in English on TV was CNN. The hotel is clean, if a little worn around the edges. I would definetely advise getting there early as it is not the most glam or well lit area of Prague and although it is only five minutes from the Metro one wrong turn and it'll take you over an hour to find the place as non of the locals seem to know the name.

“Prague is Quality!”

The hotel Quality is a basic but decent hotel. Staff were moderately friendly but have no complaints with the service. Would suggest more information within the hotel as to location of nearby tram/ metro but all all in not bad.

“Reasonable basic Hotel.”

The hotel was clean and staff were hepfull and friendly. The Hotel is a little out of the centre and quite a distance from the Airport but the excellent tram and metro system mean this is not too much of a problem. Overall a decent budget hotel, if a little basic.

“Free Toiletries?”

The Expedia information for this hotel lists complimentary toiletries. The complimentary toiletries were two cakes of soap about one inch in diameter and 1/4-inch thick. One shower stall door in Room 801 was bent so water leaked all over the floor outside the shower stall. The hotel is reasonably priced, clean and comfortable, but badly in need of refurbishment. Access to Prague mass transit trams is outstanding (tram stop just outside the hotel).
