Prague is a beautiful city and the hotel was ideally located to see all of the city centre sites.

Couldn't ask for more

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: There was nothing not to like!
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Central, convenient and short walk from whatever you wish to see.
Our room was huge, extremely clean, comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and spotless. Breakfast was basically, whatever you could wish for with faultless service.

Great stay in a wonderful Prague

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Cons: Larger spa.
The hotel was wonderful to us. We took the Executive suite. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. The view was great - the room faced the square. The Executive lounge was nice but not a substitute for a meal. The staff was very nice and courteous. The spa is nice and clean, however small and there's no hot tub (jacuzzi) and the pool is small. Public transportation is just outside as well as Palladium mall. The major attractions are in walking distance. Breakfast was superb with great selection and fresh fruits/vegetables/breads. Also selection of coffee you can ask for (cappuccino, etc.). Would book again if visiting Prague again.

Very happy with this hotel

Pros: The Location
Cons: Hotel require better pillows or provide selection.
Location: A metro station outside the hotel entrance (don't let that put you off) and a tram station nearby. Prague's biggest shopping centre opposite
Located in Republic square, this hotel is as central as you can get. One thing I like about this hotel was although central, it was away from the 'hustle'. Would use here again. Our deluxe room was slightly on the small side in all honesty, however bathroom was fairly sizeable. Free use of in-room safe. Room had self-control air-con and hotel has free wifi. Only one criticism, no choice of pillows. The pillows are incredibly soft and don't offer much support. (Kings Court needs to address this!). Room also had and iron and the usual minibar. Breakfast Off the street the hotel was charging 390k for the buffet breakfast (around £13.00). If your B&B you will definitely get your money's worth. Vast continental style breakfast that was topped up and incredibly fresh and good quality. The breakfast was served 07.00-10.00, however fresh items were being taken at 09.50. You can choose to sit in the hotel or heated patio. Transport. Prague's transport system is second to none. Very easy and clean. A 24 hour ticket will cost 100K which is around £3.30. For that you can hop on and hop off any bus, metro and tram. Tickets can be purch

Great breakfast and the best location. Loved the breakfast and their food. Most of the staff were very friendly and sweet. I didn't like the pool. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would love to go back! Thank you!

I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

Posted Mar 20, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Service - cleanness of room - no workman with drills and hammering all the time!
Location: Good location
When I checked in I was given a tiny loft room and definitely not the room type I had booked. I had to get Expedia involved and after 3 hours of arguing was given the room type I booked. My room was NEVER vacuumed. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I had to request many times to have my linen changed and it was only once changed. Each day from around 8am to 8pm at night there was loud drilling and hammering going on and I was trying to work in my room on reports. I complained to the front desk and they would tell me they had asked maintenance to stop the noise but this NEVER happened. Horrible experience!
