The staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast was the absolute best. And the rooms were very nice. It was a great experience.

The area was a little shady. There is graffiti everywhere and at one point there was a guy following me and cat calling me when I was coming back late at night. However, the inside of the hotel is very welcoming and I immediately felt safer upon coming inside. The lobby is clean, well lit and well decorated. The lights on the stairs are motion censored so that freaked me out a little but I got used to it. The room was clean, warm and had refreshments in the fridge. The bathroom was clean and stocked with soap. Breakfast was the best part, the dining hall is very pretty and the selection of food was amazing. Only downside is the location but other than that this is a great place to stay.

Príjemný malý hotel, Polohou v Karline, neďaleko metra Florenc. Personál príjemný a velmi ochotny. Izba priestranná a čistá . Raňajky neboli zle , len možno by som doporučil väčšiu pestrosť, či obmenu. Čo mi nechutilo bola káva, na môj vkus kyslá . Inak celková spokojnost

room was big and nice but room faced the street and windows neede to be close all the time. staff was nice and friendly, , breakfast was nice, location is quite good. nice Indian restaurant in the hotel.

We had a deluxe room, which was very spacious, recently renovated and was very clean and smelled new. The one thing I didn't like was the constant smell of onions in the hallways, but later found out it's due to a common entrance with the Indian restaurant downstairs. I guess that's where the smell was coming from. Other than that - breakfast was rich and the food was restocked very quickly. Staff were nice but in a Czech way, not the western-smiley way, more like a serious a bit unfriendly(rather serious) looking but overall they are good. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely staff, renovated rooms & good breakfast
Excellent value hotel in easy walking distance of all the major sights. Lovely staff, great renovated rooms, fab breakfast and very reasonably priced. Also very near to a metro station so very convenient. A very good choice for Prague on a budget.

Very good hotel in a good place for sightseeing and local transport. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Pity they didn't advertise the bar doesn't open until March, found that a bit of a let down.

Great hotel. Very close to old town. Staff was lovely especially Naza from front desk ( sorry if thats not how its spelled :) ). Rooms are beautiful with unbelievable price for them . Really cheap and good quality. We did not had a chance to go for breakfast, but we recieved breakfast to go which was really nice . Overall we will be definitely coming back to Prague and using this hotel.

The location and the condition of the hotel were very good. Nice breakfast. Although I was really surprised by the size of the solo bed. I got something like 90cm bed. Didn't know they still produce those... Still comfortable.

The hotel met and exceeded our expectations in every way. Friendly and helpful staf, comfortable and spacious room and an ample breakfast buffet. Not the most central hotel we ever booked in Prague, but definitely our best choice yet.

Fantastic hotel, all renovated so everything is new. We got big room as requested. Great white bathroom with walk in shower. Room has a mini fridge. Just outside various tram lines and yellow metro, supermarket with food, water and alcohol and coffee shop with nice cakes, icecream and coffee. You need to take tram or 2 metro stops to the main attractions. Our purpose of trip is medical so location was perfect to clinic as only 5 mins by tram outside of the hotel. Will be staying there again next week.
