Great hotel but far from most thingsPosted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: The staff and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: There was a strange drop in the floor near the door of our room and I tripped almost every time.
Location: It was far from most things but a five to ten minute walk from the palace.
Wonderful place but it was either a very long walk or a tram ride to most things in which we were interested. The staff was fantastic.

Excellent although pricey.Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Staff is very helpful, cordial and efficient.
Cons: It will definitely be enhance the hotel if a well staffed restaurant is added.
Location: Location is terrific because it is in Praha 1. Walking distance to the Castle, the Charles Bridge and to Old Square where the famous clock is.
Very comfortable. Great place and location. Excellent staff. Hotel needs new chef. The chef or his assistant tried to bill us for complimentary wine from management.

city breakPosted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: With out doubte the friendly professional staff. [every one]
Cons: Perhaps the decking and outside eating area. However it works well, has relaxed atmosphere with an excellent view of the city.
Location: Very good, with an easy strole to the castle.A 22 tram stops at top of square ,which takes one down to old city. The area is quite and feels safe.
My wife and twenty four year old daughter based our 4 night city break hear.We had a very warm welcome on our arrival .We were told of the hotels facilities;shown to our rooms and offered a meal on the terrace. At this stage we were shown a map of Prague with relavent points of interest along with tram details required. The staff were friendly, helpfull and only to willing to assist in arranging trips and visits. Our overall experience of this hotel is one of warmth and genuine friendliness. The rooms are of a very generouse size, ours had a type of hall, bedroom off.A shower room, hand basin and toilet allso off hall. This too was of a generouse size and well presented. The over all feell was of being in an independant property,ie. a small cottage.

Amazing hotel and locationPosted Aug 23, 2014
This hotel is beautifully restored from what was once an old monestry building. It is right near the castle and a short walk to Charles bridge. Alternately there is a tram to take you to all the main spots.

Best customer service ever!Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Staff was phenomenal, location was ideal, hotel was clean and comfortable. The food is great too.
Location: Near Prague Castle and the monastery.
Besides being ideally located next to many attractions and having a view over the entire city, the staff makes this hotel exceptional. The moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly and extremely helpful staff who offered us a drink on the terrace overlooking the city and walked through the ins and outs of the city. This level of service was maintained throughout our entire stay. They have so many little touches making the stay even better (i.e. complimentary homemade cake and espressos). This boutique hotel it a true gem! Highly recommend staying here.

Quality hotel in a lovely part of PraguePosted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: Everything, the room, staff, breakfast, facilities and location.
Location: A short tram ride from the city centre or a 20-30 min walk. Nearby are the Mala Strana quarter, Strahov moastery, Prague Castle and Petrin hill.
The Questenberk is a fantastic place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the hotel and staff. The concierge greeted us by having our bags taken to our room while he gave us a rundown on the hotel and facilities. This was followed by a complementary drink and amuse-bouche on the hotel deck overlooking Prague while he gave us advice on what to do and see during our stay. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were always friendly and helpful and with great English. We were able to book concert tickets through the concierge. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of hot and cold food. The hotel is located in Mala Strana near the Strahov monastery and not far from Prague castle. We loved the location as it was close to the city centre but much quieter than downtown and also with plenty to see nearby.

A short stay in praguePosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Location, comfort, quiet area, excellent beds, coffee lounge.
Cons: Nothing needs to
Location: Near the castle, adjacent to the monastery, found new things to see even though it was my fifth visit to Prague. Also on the tram route to the Marketa
Found a gem in this hotel, lovely atmosphere, close to a main tram route, and only a fifteen minute walk to and from the Charles Bridge, Excellent breakfast and views from the terrace. Made to feel welcome upon arrival, and would certainly stay again.

Perfect locationPosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Location, style and affordability. The hotel offered everything we needed and the historic building was a treat. It resembles what Prague had to offer
Cons: Personally, I've missed the opportunity of a pool, spa or sauna facilities, but this was not vital to my stay as it was not that kind of holiday.
Location: There are plenty of things around, but the most impressive one is the little Eiffel Tower.
We stayed for 4 nights and had a spectacular time, the staff are exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The greeting upon arrival is magnificent and the personal overview of the city provided by the reception is invaluable. Taking the time to walk through the places of interest was greatly appreciated, also what kind of transport gets you to your desired point. I will defiantely stay here again, as it's close to the CBD but not too close.
