While the young lady who checked me in was very friendly and professional, any other time I walked by the desk the other young ladies were very indifferent. When I went to check out, I offered the key to the counter girl and she looked at me like I had handed her a hammer and she gave me a look of annoyed indifference. I just rolled my eyes and strolled out.

Stayed just one night for the close proximity to the airport. The rooms were clean and in a good condition, which is exactly what you need for a night before traveling. Convenient location to the airport and ~30 minutes to the city centre for the last walk around. The breakfast options were good, a nice touch

Historical place
Nice place, clean rooms, friendly staff. Dining room and bar weren't open. Needed to order taxi to the airport, no shuttle , but the staff took care of that. All in all nice.

Nice place but well outside Prague but very surprised when I arrived great comfy beds friendly at reception and everything I needed for my overnight stay a great breakfast selection as well

Very Returnable!
A great value for visiting Pricey Prague. Close to tram, easy access city, good breakfast and comfortable bed. We would definitely return and stay while visiting one of our favorite places.

This place is in the middle of nowhere! Yes, it’s close to the airport (which I wanted) so it’d be more convenient and cheaper to get a lift to the airport early in the morning. Don’t be fooled. We ordered a TAXI for my husband to drop him off at the airport. A private car (the Asian receptionist son) showed up to take him to the airport and to charge us 600 Czech crowns, which is abdolutely outrageous and ridiculous given the airport is 15 mins away. I come from Czech republic and know that 600Kc is a rate that can take you to the airport from downtown that is over 30 mins away, let alone from this hotel. The receptionist son probably makes a good money like this. Nothing but a bunch of thiefs!!! The restaurant was open only from 5-9pm and they only offered two meals - really??? I had to get up from the table and make myself known to the waiter who was too busy being on the phone! Noisy place at night.....hell no I am not staying again!!!!

Hotel room was adequate, stayed 6 nights and was very good. Breakfast was included. Only downside was the Saturday night when there was a party, there was a function room but they had spread to the bar so we couldn't get a drink or use the pool table. It was also very noisy when the party goers went to their rooms. That was the only downside. Easy access into the centre of Prague.

Very good value for money,big room with every thing we needed, good breakfast included, however it's not mint clean and it was noisy in the morning from the tram line( though handy to get to the town centre)

Not for claustrophobic people Beds are makeing loud noises when moving. Brekfast with limited menu, but at least it was there. Perhaps better choise outside Summer months.

You get what you pay for
We stayed there on our last night because of proximity to airport. Hotel is right on a busy main road so it is pretty loud also it was smelly. There is nowhere to walk to, we tried in both directions to find restaurant, no luck. Ended up eating at hotel, it was ok, waiter was the only highlight in the place, he was very nice. Reception staff was ok but by no means friendly. Glad we only stayed there the one night. Was a disappointing end to our wonderful trip.

Basic hotel, clean, quite, good location. Do not expect too much(no full English breakfast, obviously). Rooms are ok, nothing special, free 24hrs check in. Good continental! breakfast included in room's price. I don't think you can get cheaper 3* hotel in Prague that is ok. Ignore previous really bad reviews, people just too picky and do not undertand what 3* in Europe means. Will stay again! At the end of the day I came to visit Prague and I only slept in the hotel. For this purpose it is fine. For luxurious and perfect decor and massive flat screen telly look elsewhere with appropriate price tag.

Poor welcome, insisted that we pay the rom fees despite that we had a receipt from hotels.com. Had to argue for 30 min before getting the keys. Hotel reception and restaurant stinks like fried food (worth than KFC) bed sheets had stains + various hairs. Not appealing

Direct team to town is now being repaired
Not a bad hotel overall. Everything as reviews suggest: clean room, ok beds (new), ok shower (older), decent breakfast. HOWEVER:::::::: the tracks for the direct tram to town are now being repaired!!!!!! To get to old town you need to ride a bus to metro station OR tram+bus+tram combination. It still only takes maybe 40 min to get to the Old Town. The area between the hotel and the tram stop is a thin sidewalk with a highway on one side and park ok the other so I don't know how I would feel if I was a solo female traveler coming back to the hotel late at night.

The room was spacious and comfortable, though it was also a bit hot in the middle of the summer. An AC would not be necessary, but a fan would have been nice. The staff at the desk are friendly and helpful, but the restaurant/bar is not very well staffed. It was sometimes difficult to get attention. The hotel is on a main road with a tram line, so it makes access to old town easy.

clean and basic does the job
I wanted a 5 star hotel but I wanted to pay almost nothing LOL. Seriously I have stayed there 3 times. It is a bit basic but it is clean. The big drawback is the road/tram noise. The advantages are it has good transport links, lots of bus routes plus 3 day tram routes and 2 night tram routes. It is on the west side of prague. It has a limited restaurant and breakfast is average. Good wifi. rooms are variable some with showers and some with bath tubs. If you use google maps and follow the bus routes the airport is around 50 minutes and around 20 mins to the river 30 mins to the centre of Prague. It does the job . If you want more then pay more.

Rooms where ready even though we came at 1 am
Room clean, nice towels, crisp clean sheets on beds not used, great breakfast in the morning with lots of refills of everything. Would recommend to anyone. Would not recommend Taxi service used from hotel as very expensive. Called a different company much cheaper.

The worst Nightmare ever
Second stay in this property (prior to this one it was one night only and in totally different room) thist time we payed for three nights incl breakfast and internet. We got room that was heated over 40 degrees Celsius, non functional TV, based on previous experience I kindly asked for breakfast package - I NEVER got one. The WiFi does not work, the TV does not work, the "roof window" is right below the street lamp - it means you literally can not turn off the light (I put a towel on the window but it only lowered the intensity). The smell from public toilet chemicals is all over the hotel. And BTW there is a list on the wall in the coridor that says: "you have to check the room prior to your stay, here is list of prices per item that we are going to charge Lamp 500, broken bed ... TV... etc.) My fiancee left after first night since we were literally afraid of hygienic conditions - one of the beds was strange yellowish colour - and broken too...) Never ever even consider to stay in this so called three stars hotel with the quality of low level hostel. Also I contacted Hotels.com to deal with the situation - no success at all, what a disapointment. I stay app 30-50nights/year for business plus Holiday time and this was really crazy experience.

Hotel exactly as advertised, good stay
I choosed this hotel because my "usual hotel" was full booked. The stay was all right, effective check in/out and restaurant service way above standard. Overall - if you need to stay on a budget - no dissapointment and public transport (tram) takes you directly to the downtown within 15minutes.

It is a nice place and it is in a beautiful building. There is a tram nearby; however, the hotel ran out of tickets and you cannot purchase them at all stops. This meant to use the tram I had to drive to the nearest public transport station (about ten minutes) to purchase tickets. Not really the hotel's fault although it would have been nice for them to have more tickets on hand and/or provide more help for me to find a place to sell tickets. As it was I had to search the internet to find all the info I needed. The room was nice but if you are expecting really nice beds, pillows or a big tv then you will want to pay more for a different place.

Park and Ride Hotel
If you are driving to Prague, stay here. You can purchase mass transportation tickets at the front desk and the tram stops 200 meters from the hotel. Very clean, recently remodeled, easy to find. The walls are thin, though, so you may hear your neighbors.

Great Prague location for trams or car; no phone
Charming hotel; clean; beds hard on my back; no in room phones which was a problem for us; free parking; hotel restaurant only adequate; staff still struggling with English; everyone tried to be helpful even moved room to avoid smokers outside our window. rates great for city which gets the fifth most visitor in the world

Arrived and our reservation was not in the computer even though it was made 12 months before. Sorted out after a phone call and production of booking form from hotels.com. Noise carries up stairs from bar/restaurant when a noisy group was there on one of the nights. Breakfast was ok but not refilled until someone told the kitchen staff. Good connection to town with trams running every 5/10 minutes and stop only 300m from hotel
